50 dollars of wings- all completely spoiled, like ROTTEN! I bit into a black slimy piece of chicken and and ate 2 of them before realizing because the sauce was so strong. I have been throwing up for 30 mins now. I have never experienced anything like this. These people are serving rotten food!

Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

ordered 16 piece wings picked them up in 17 minutes but they were already cooled off a little.
the worse part - and this had never happened anywhere - is they shorted me 3 wings!! there were only 13 wings in the box. all the stickers and receipts said 16 and I paid for 16 but got 13 lukewarm bbq spritzed wings I should have known by the reviews that it wouldn't work out here. live and learn

Nobody wanted to take my order. I sat at a booth in the bar area for over 10 minutes, made eye contact with several employees including the head bartender (she did give me an annoyed look though), and no one ever came over to help me. Four employees were together at the end of the bar talking, The manager Patrick came up and was talking to them as well. My hunger led me to go ask the manager, Patrick about me sitting there for over 10 minutes with no assistance and he looked at me and said nothing. I went back to my hotel tired and hungry.
I order pickup.I arrive at 6:30 pm I checked in and waited 30 mins before I went inside and pickup my own food. My food was just sitting there. My food was so cold and I wasn’t able to eat it. I definitely wasted my money. Don’t order take out.

Thank you for being open today. Today was the tail end of a pretty bad ice storm and served as sanctuary were my wife and I were able to get a hot meal and enjoy some electricity during a City wide power outage.
