It’s a good problem when Izumi is STACKED with to-go orders delivery drivers zip in and out for. The staff are wonderfully helpful, no fuss and the food is a great delight in the face of the barrage of sushi restaurants in town. A wonderful mainstay in the lap of Westlake excellence. I love you

People that work here are discriminative. I’ve been there a few times to pick up orders but this the second time Ive been ignored from a worker walking away and having a worker complain for no reason when I walked through the door….

Sad that I came here. I arrived early for a Pickup order and needed to use the restroom. The bathroom is an absolute nightmare. Food Pickup order was ready about 20 minutes before the confirmation said it would be. Clean your grill, chicken was gross.

Nice quiet place for dinner. The food and service were great! This was our first time ordering ramen and it did not disappoint. Also ordered the dynamite, snowflake, and longhorn rolls(actually plated like a longhorn) all were made fresh and delicious. Waitress was very attentive and the staff were all very polite. I would definitely go again.

Once you walk in to the right side the wall was decorated as a giant cherry blossom tree. It was very beautiful. Service is ok. Food is typical. Nothing special at all. My colleague was a bit disappointed with his order of spicy chicken bulgogi.

Just went there for lunch today, the seafood medley was an absurd 1/2 to 1/3 of a full bowl costing $20. Never going there again. Place is dying too, only 2-3 tables during busy lunch hour. A shame what happened to this place over the years.
