Wow! This is hands down the best BBQ I have ever eaten, nothing else comes close. We had some brisket, some chicken, ribs and sausage, with "moms" jalapeño corn, smoked cabbage, beans, and potato salad for sides. Jerome, the owner, was polite and friendly and credits his uncles for his pitmaster skills. The food is off the chain, there were no lines and all expectations were handily exceeded. You are going to love this place.
Ok, y'all. I am not joking when I say this is some of THE best barbecue I've ever had. I'm a native Texan and I've had lots of bbq in my life, but this place ranks in the top 5, easy. Chicken, ribs, brisket, sausage, sides, it's all to die for. I can't wait to go back!
Great bbq, if you can ever catch them open. I've tried stopping by 3 different times, when they were supposed to be open according to the sign and voice-mail, but closed every time. Today is Friday November 6th @ noon on the dot and they're closed again.
