We had an absolutely fantastic experience at J-Prime! From start to finish, the service was unbelievable and utterly top-tier. And the food? Simply divine.

Anastasia was an excellent Maître D for the evening. we were visiting AUSTIN for my doctoral graduation and your service was amazing! Everything the lighting the balloon with the lights thank you guys so much even down to the dessert with congratulations to cheesecake the whole experience was just 100% so thank you guys and we look forward to eating there again when we visit Austin from the sunny state of Florida Dr. Maurita Sutton-Brown and David Brown

The food was absolutely exquisite! Had a couple of appetizers and cocktails. Was blown away by presentation and quality.

We went for a birthday last minute booking on a weekday. To our surprise they had a birthday card, flower rose petals and a nice balloon to kick off our dinner. Even with a toddler she found the experience wonderful and was amused by the selection of food. Although I've typically come for happy hour which I highly recommend an event dinning experience with a complementary caviar and slice of delicious cake was beyond my expectations of just enjoying my favorite bites to eat. The server also had great suggestions on wine. Knowledgeable and attentive service. By far continues to be one of my top Austin dining spots in town.

We enjoyed our birthday celebration with our adult kids; the highlight of the evening was definitely the choreographed service, along with beautiful birthday desserts! Juice was a great lead server match for our group. For us aging folks, please darken the print on the checks; in the soft light, my husband and I had a heck of a time reviewing/paying bill. A memorable night~

Had reservations for my daughter's birthday & that was last minute. When we arrived we were greeted respectfully! The ambiance was so warm,elegant and welcoming. The table had a beautiful lit ballon,birthday card! Now I have to brag we had THE BEST WAITER ADAM(Austin,tx location) he was very attentive & it wasn't overbearing at all. He explained EVERY complimentary deliciousness that we were given n full detail. He made the experience even more welcoming for me and my daughter. I will b back for more dates/birthdays & anniversaries etc... Thanks for the great service and atmosphere!!!!

We have been to several steakhouses in Austin over the years, but had never tried J-Prime. We should not have waited so long! We were immediately seated when we arrived. The restaurant and the bar are both very nice. Our waiters were excellent. All the food was great: we had oysters Rockafeller, meatballs, steaks, prime rib sliders, truffle mac and cheese, street corn, and all great! It will definitely be a repeat!

The wagyu steak was incredibly tender and flavorful. The lobster mac and cheese offered a rich and decadent experience. Each bite of the strawberry shortcake was a delightful culmination of sweet and tart. It was truly a memorable meal. Everything was prepared and presented with great care.

Impeccable service from the hostess stand to your table. Anyone in your path welcomes you in. Imagine that, they are welcoming. Food excellent, our server Darian a professional. We will be back!

Incredible service and made a special occasion much more memorable! Staff was incredibly attentive and made you feel at home. Wagyu sampler was one of the best things I've ever eaten. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a high end experience.

I am a foodie. Most restaurants disappoint me because they all use Sisco. Not real food. I had to eat out because of traveling. This restaurant was a disappointment as well. Expensive. Beef tasted like it had been injected with hormones, fed feed with antibiotics and raised in a feed lot. Potatoes tasted like canned gravy was poured over them. Waiter and service was excellent! 5 star review is for them not the food!

Had a great experience the absolute best service I have ever seen for a fine dining restaurant. Adam was the best he was so helpful with the options and really put a lot of time and care into proving great service. I definitely would request Adam again next time I visit.

We been to multiple steak houses in downtown Austin and so far this place takes the trophy for us. Service was on point and food spot on.

Spent weekend in Austin decided to go our favorite place. Great happy hour specials. Andres the manager made sure we were taken care of we sat at the bar and our bartender was great. We had a few drinks and some of the happy hour plates. Had the tacos and the shrimp great flavor and on point. Never disappointed with Jprime service or food. Whether it's San Antonio or Austin great staff management and the food is amazing. Again than you Andres for making us feel at home like you did in San Antonio. By the way congratulations on your promotion

It's was our first time at J-Prime Steakhouse and everything was perfect. The food, the ambience, and especially the service. Our server Adam was amazing he was very attentive, very friendly and had great recommendations for everything. He made our visit very memorable.
