Mediocre. I’ve had better steaks on Tuesday steak night pretty much anywhere else.
Link was an amazing server! He gave our bachelor squad amazing recommendations especially the aged tomahawk steak and a5 wagyu! Expensive but it was best steak I've ever had in my life! Thanks for a great time.
Miguel as always is an absolutely phenomenal GM - always makes us feel like family! Big props tonight to Abbie, she is absolutely lovely, terrific with her recommendations and gave us 5 star service all the way! J Prime does not need to be hundreds of dollars… come for the social hour till 7pm or all day Sunday and Monday… and you can get the plates for $10 AND they will blow you away! Their food is FANTASTIC!!! You will not be disappointed!
Set menu for a graduation dinner party and the service and food (sans dessert) were excellent. Great cuts of meat and sides served family-style. Would highly recommend.
The best fine dining with halal options in Austin Texas. We came here when my husband proposed to me, my birthday, his birthday, and our anniversary. We also come for happy hours.
I’ve been to few fine dining in the states and international. J-Prime is one of my favorites.
The experience and ambiance makes all the difference. The food is always delicious, the service is impeccable and profesional.
Always starts with small pancake with caviar, cheese bites, appetizer (optional), palate cleanser (sorbet), oshibori, and then main course, and last but not least on to dessert. Their mocktails are so good as well. We recommend any of their creekstone selection. They have a whole section including: filet mignon, NY strip, rib eye, tomahawk, porterhouse. They all melt in your mouth. We love their truffle fries, broccolini, and corn as a side. The chocolate cake and the creme brûlée’s are so good.
When you’re there make sure you ask for Anastasia or Michael to serve you, but truly most
Servers are great. The team work between each other is reflects on the experience.
Shout out to Miguel, manny, and Daniel for the always being a part of our special days and the hospitality. We highly recommend.
Excellent service! We celebrated our good friends birthday here and the dinner did not disappoint. The manager Manuel took care of us and really made sure our group had an exceptional service
Had an amazing experience! The service is over the top, went to celebrate my birthday and from the start Amanda was great there was a classy ballon & card waiting for me plus she took a rose to my girlfriend. The food was over the top my favorite was the bone marrow & the tomahawk. Plus the birthday cake was a great touch very classy I can’t stop talking about it!
The management team presented an overbearing front, hiding behind a facade of hospitality. Our table was descended upon multiple times by what seemed to be every member of management, and each interaction, without exception, crossed a line into inappropriateness. From their comments to their unsettling eye contact and the constant lingering around our table, I was made utterly uncomfortable for the entirety of the evening. Though the service staff seemed amiable, their efforts were not enough to redeem the experience. Post-departure, our conversations primarily focused on our profound unease with those in charge. While the food was delicious, its steep price point was completely out of sync with the unsavory atmosphere. A return visit is out of the question. 0/5.
Came in with friends for our annual steakhouse trip after having great experiences at the San Antonio location. This location could not make a steak rare. Came out on the closer end of medium with gray almost to middle. Took 35 minutes to get an actually rare steak, which seems like a long time for a quick cook. Second steak was missing salt.
Manager was very apologetic and discounted some of the meal but promised a cocktail that never came, then gave me the wrong cocktail. Tried to cover over it with free dessert but the night was already ruined. I specifically asked for the lobster bisque to go for my wife and the waitress said the chef won’t put the soup in a to go container because it will “melt the container”. I think she was just lying because she forgot to order it before bringing the check.
Don’t come to this location you will be disappointed.
