There are just some places you can go where you just know you’re always going to get a good meal and have great service. Jack Allen’s Kitchen is one of those restaurants. Whether you’re looking for Saturday brunch or a midweek meal, you can’t go wrong with Jack Allen’s. Try the Baja-Style Fish Tacos or the Tejana Enchilada, you won’t be sorry.

We wanted a nice Sunday brunch in Austin, and had heard about Jack Allen’s. I did not think this location made for a Sunday brunch dining experience. We were given a “brunch” menus, and the selections were just ok, not what I thought this restaurant stood for.

The food was ok, and there just was not any energy that made us feel welcome that Sunday morning.

Jack's was hopping! "Go to" restaurant in this part of the world. Always ask about the specials! Chicken Fried Chicken is great!! Come in late for the classic blues!

GREAT, GREAT, GREAT food and service and atmosphere with Leah and Daniel are a delight to work with they really care about their customers, and they pay attention to everything that you say. You don't have to repeat yourself. That is so much of a delight. Love this Jack Allen's❤️❤️❤️

Great place to go with family. Our server Justin was the bomb diggty! He made some of our food decisions for us. Which were perfect. We are an indecisive group of people.

I have always loved Jack Allen’s but not today. I was celebrating my birthday with my best friend. I ordered the Horseradish grilled salmon. I asked the waiter to please make sure nothing on the plate has onions. He assured me nothing did. Well, the vegetables were full of onions. I sent the plate back and they replaced the vegetables with sautéed spinach which was wonderful. But they used the same plate so under the spinach were onions. Such a disappointment!

I have been here twice now when visiting Austin for a conference for work. Both times we have come with a large party and both times they have been super accommodating. The food is delish and the servers are always nice and attentive. Even for our large group. 100% recommend.
