Never been let down by Jack Allen’s. Great food, great drinks, extremely reasonable pricing for the quality. Brett was an excellent server - knowledgeable, quick, friendly. Even hooked us up with free bday dessert (which was fantastic). 5 stars!!!
The service is good, and they execute the recipes well, but I just don't like their food philosophy -- their schtick is to put a twist on classic recipes. I just want the classic recipe. This is true throughout the menu.

My Cobb salad was good; my dining partner had fish tacos - good, but they fell apart, difficult to eat by hand.
