Joseph was a bartender who was very aware and on top of making sure not only us but every customer was well taken care of. He was a friendly conversation and he made it feel like we were his bff and also made sure catering to us was his priority. I very much recommended that you request Joseph every time you walk in there.

Used to love this place. Went out of my way to walk over since I was in the area, prepared to spend about $100 or so for my partner and I to have dinner and drinks. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was confused about someone else's tab situation, and walked off to deal with it. Okay, fine. But then comes back and serves one party shots that wasn't even at the bar when we sat down. Then after that - what did they do?? Ignore us again and talk to another couple that saw at the bar that sat after us, too. I won't be back. Also - to management, run the tape: Sunday, Feb 1, 2026. Around 7:30pm. You'll likely see that I previously had a 5 star review for your establishment.

Cool little irish pub. Very extensive beer list! If you can't find something you like here well maybe beer is not for you! We definitely wanted to try some of the local brews. The EastCider's BlackBerry was fruity with no weird aftertaste like some ciders can have. My partner ordered the Jester King Mama Luna. It was refreshing with just a hint of sweetness. The Nitro Espresso Martini was everything I hoped it would be; smooth and delicious. I thought Redhead in Bed might be a little too sweet with the agave and strawberries but the hint of lemon balanced it out. Jack & Gingers was one of our many stops for the evening so we only ordered appetizer, no entrees. The fried pickles were crispy, good sized and served with ranch. The jumbo pretzel was indeed jumbo! The honey mustard dip was good but the pit boss queso was out of this world!

Had to leave a review because the team at Jack & Gingers absolutely killed it when my wife and I were there two nights ago January 25th, the first bad night of the 2026 deep freeze in Texas. My wife and I were visiting from California and pretty much everyone was closed except Jack & Gingers, Dogwood, and Kung Fu Saloon across the street. Literally no one else was open (with good reason). Despite the road conditions this spot was absolutely packed with a skeleton crew running the ship. There was 1 waitress, a manager, a bartender, and minimal kitchen staff (maybe just 1?).
Service took a minute with the lack of staff of course, but the food was great BBQ at a decent price! The green chili Mac might have been my favorite thing. They should sell it as a plate with some meat mixed in.
Kudos to the staff for being open for us tourists just trying to make lemonade out of our weather affected pleasure/work trip!

horrible place , rude server she told us we were gonna get slapped in the face just because my friend was talking to me about football? she misunderstood him i guess? but anyways she went on a power trip and kicked us out. Horrible customer service .

Normally 3. On this day I showed up at 6 pm with my son like we normally do on Fridays or Saturdays and there is a bouncer saying 21 and up. This is their new unannounced policy? I have been here many times with my son for games well past 6pm. The bouncer was an arrogant one too. Good luck.
