Post covid are so few 24-hour places to eat so Jack in the Box holds its own by being one of those places that's open late night when everyone else is closed.

If you are driving thru I suggest another location at least at night. This location is surrounded by homeless people with no care for anyone around. It is littered with trash and questionable people all around. The drive thru screen is shattered. We stopped here specifically for tacos and they were out. It may be different in the day time. We frequently Austin for work and stay near by. We have never gone by in the day time. Unfortunately our experience wasn't a good one.

Awful service. Ordered Uber Eats and received a Red Bull can - not the actual drink that I ordered which was a Berry purple Red Bull infusion. In addition, I specifically asked for ketchup packets and none were put in there. I called and was hung up on. Don't order from here awful service!!

I haven't been to this Jack in the box in a long time. The area is really scary to go through the drive-through. There's always a lot of homeless and sketchy people on the property. I've had people ask for money while I'm in the drive-through. That's why I stopped going. I thought I would give it one more chance since it was 4 pm and still day light. So I ordered 2 Jumbo Jack's that I had a coupon for 2 for 6 dollars. Great price!! And 2 curly fries. Which I missed so much. Well, it was a big disappointment ? ?? The guy taking my order took so long. I dont think he knew how to enter it in. And he entered the wrong amount I gave him. It was one thing after another. So I asked why my total was 16 dollars if my burgers were 2 for 6 and 2 small fries. Well, my curly fries were 4.29 each!!! They were all crumbs and not even filled up they threw them all in the bag. Not even in the box. So I opened up my burger and remembered it's a Jumbo Jack. It wasn't. It was a kids' burger. I took a picture of it next to my echo dot. It was the same size, and there was lettuce bigger than the whole burger. I was shocked how much has changed. I guess you get what you pay for. My crumb fries were cold and hard, and I think you get the point. Here's some pictures of what I got. I'm kind of laughing at the pictures now that I see them. Cause honestly that all I can do at this point ?

Always understaffed at night. Every time I come here there's always a line because they're taking one order at a time and taking 10-15 minutes to take the next person's order. Never have the patience to wait so I just leave immediately when I see the line.
