This visit had to be one of the best i’ve had while visiting a Jack in the Box. The customer service was amazing. Neli was so helpful and kind and made what seemed like a bad day feel good again. I am always grateful to come across a friendly face. Thank you again Neli! Keep up the amazing work.

Ordered 35.00 worth of food via door dash food arrived 20 minutes late and without all the items ordered. Cold!!! When I tried to contact the store it went to a full mail box. Won’t do this again. They owe me money!!!

Order was wrong and no receipt given.
Regular instead of curly fries and a bunch of taco sauce for some random reason. No ketchup. All after confirming the order at the window before they handed it to me.
Tried to call and no one answered.
Like Jack in The Box, but not this location…

First of all I love jack in a box I go often however I will not be returning to this location if I can help it to start all I did was go through the drive through except no one answered me the first time so I drove around saw they were definitely open so I drove back around this time I was greeted and I mentioned I was ignored the first time this is important because I feel that this is the reason what happened next happened I placed my order to the now annoyed employee (Jen or Alexandria Jen is the name she gave me but Alexandria is on my receipt as the server) when I got my food I pulled through and checked my order before leaving and of course my order was incorrect so now I'm pulling through the drive through for a third time at this point I'm upset about the crappy service I received and I want a refund lady at the window said we don't do refunds she put bacon on my burger and gave it back with extra fries (the last thing I want I more food than I can eat I wanted my refund so I could go elsewhere) needless to say to say the service is unacceptable an I will be returning when a manager is present

If y'all are gonna be 24hrs, you should make sure not to schedule just 1 dude to run EVERYTHING by themselves. Ran out of food so had to go somewhere else at 4:50am. Looking at you Managers. Disappointed.

0/10 !! THERE WAS A LONG STRING OF HAIR IN MY FOOD , MY EGG ROLL AT THAT .. II DIDNT OPEN MY FOOD UNTIL I MADE IT HOME & I TRIED CALLING UP THERE NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE . VERY DISRESPECTFUL, DISGUSTING & DISTURBING , DONT GO HERE !!
