Terrible service and employees. Came here in the early morning of 11/26. Was told they could not honor my mobile order because the order showed up differently on their system. I ordered a southwest salad with grilled chicken but was told it showed up as crispy chicken. Was told if I want to get the one with grilled chicken, I would need to pay extra even after I showed them proof of my online order.

10/14/23 went in for lunch, the service was great, food came out fast and the best part it was cooked to perfection, presentation was on point. The cook deserves a raise, I was definitely happy and to get service with a smile at a fast food chain is hard to come by. You guys are doing a great job!!!
No Stars!!! If this is the jack in the box on 290 in Austin Tx next to the McDonald's. Near 11:55 pm 10/04/2023 At jack in the box I order chicken nuggets and curly fries. When I got home I started eating. It smelt/ taste like roach spray! I put a one star because I couldn't post my review.

I had to wait at the speaker box for like 10 min just to get my order taken . Get to the window he does apologize and lets me know he by himself. I know someone who works there and needs hours so why is this man by himself. Make it make sense.

I went to the drive thru orderd 20 tacos when i was at the window i wanted 10 more tacos and the Guy told me to go around and basically order thru the speaker and there was no cars at all is not the first time this
