Didn't have the sauce we ordered but asked about substitutions. Usually when we order on a fast food app we don't find out till we get home that they never add the sauces so that courtesy stood out. Also, plastic waste aside, the stickers that show your food is sealed is a unique and nice touch that Jack in the Box does.
I hit the drive thru every now and then when I’m not feeling whataburger. They are always open and usually never a line. Always quick service and friendly workers. The food is semi-ass but it’s jack in the box you can’t expect a gourmet meal.
Laura (hope I’m spelling it right!) made our night! Her service was quick and smooth, and she was super helpful! All the food was hot and crispy, much needed after a long day. Thank you so much!
