Well. I came here on New Year’s Eve and it was really busy. Problem was, i waited about 25 minutes in line. All I wanted was a milkshake. Turns out their milkshake machine is broken and is STILL broken. Come on y’all. Please fix the milkshake machine!

Seems to me white people are less than here but if your brown exalent service I had been standing at counter and one hispanic lady came in and and immediately got just a slush and paid with card and ok maby she had just went back to car cause she forgot her card but seemed as she knew one of the workers and I waited and they served two people at drive through window and wouldn't you know they to were Hispanic and yet still I waited then someone came up to counter from dining room and again Hispanic so I said hey man can i get some food too and got a scoff from worker and was shit daggers from the one in dining area and still they took care of them first and wouldn't you know it they took were Hispanic now I might just be predijuce haha I am by far from being so but i digress food isnt worth all that it's expensive too i upsized everything and i understand it cost more but $ 30 is outrageous for chicken club curly fries and cheder peppers still dont add up to me but again whatever two thumbs down if your asking

I will write it in Spanish and English, early today at 3 am, I arrive at the store, I place my order and the man who was on duty asks me to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot to complete my order, I wait 10 minutes and get off my car to pick up my order and he told me that I had to go through the drive tru again to receive my order, what a lack of respect for us customers, there were no more people waiting. orders, there was only me, he makes me wait 10 minutes and he still has the cynicism to tell me to go back to the store, what bad customer service, they should change that person's position, put him somewhere else, but customer service, That position It's too big for him.

Tacos were greasy and soggy and the fries were reheated and chewy. It's not like they were busy either. Just plain lazy employees. If you don't like the job then find something else to do!

Melanie at the front counter is 100% the reason why I’m leaving you a one star review. I placed my order. I was not handed my receipt. I had to take it myself. I asked for a drink carrier I was pointed to where they are on the counter still folded up. I had to serve myself. When my order came up, my number was not called out. I had to figure it out myself. Then I had to stand there and wait an additional time while food was getting cold on the counter, trying to get someone’s attention so that I could verify if this was my food and get sauces for the crispy chicken strips that I’m going to try for the first time. I called out to Melanie multiple times but she ignored me. I called out to the gentleman on the fryer and after the fourth time being ignored, he stated someone would be with me shortly. I Wanted to leave a positive review, but Melanie just would not allow me to do that. Where is your store manager? Why didn’t that person come to the front when I was shouting across your kitchen multiple times for attention and it wasn’t because I was being difficult. Please review the tapes. I’m working class person in my own employee uniform. I didn’t know. I started a new job at Jack-in-the-Box today. You all have a Three star review for this location and that is horrible. Maybe it’s time for new management. Hire someone who cares about the store, brand and customers.

Gorgeous smile, amazing service, she's my hero during lunch time for my kiddo's, she most definitely deserves a promotion for always having to pull extra work sometimes just herself and one other person, always with a cool calm spirit ā¤ļø.
