Worked a 16 hour shift. Came overnight to grab lunch and ran into Antoine. He woke me up with a fresh meal and a smile. He was mopping the floor while I was waiting on my curly fries and made sure he had clean hands to handle my food. Patient and considerate employee. Thanks Antoine for making my night.

Ordered three strips and this what I get ?!?! Don’t even taste like the strips. The person in the drive thru at least could’ve said we’re out. It was a chubby dude with dreads I believe. He was kind of rude anyways . I ate two and trashed it. I requested my refund too !

8.20.2024-Update- The floor in the women's restroom is still sticky, and it gets on my shoes and makes it difficult to walk out of the restaurant. And, the ladies restroom is disgusting. It needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Even the fixtures look gross and filthy.

The other thing that amazes me is that when you come thru the door, they are NEVER busy, (which is easy to understand), and they do NOT even greet me, they just stare with a blank stupid look on their faces!!! Damn, how hard is it to say hello??

Management is terrible here the heavy set guy is rude messed my order up and was outside smoking when I pulled out of the driveway smh worst jack in the box ever oh yea and when I asked him his name he said it was Jordan !
I stopped by to buy lunch wearing my work scrubs, when I entered the restaurant I headed to the restroom to wash my hands as I work out with clients out in the field, the restroom was locked so I approached the counter and asked for the restroom key and 2 of the employees looked at me and walked away and looked at the Manager there and she asked what do you need and I said it again can I get the key to the restroom, she turned away and said it’s not working in a really rude tone and I said you should put a sign and she answered that’s why it’s locked. I said thanks for your service you just lost a customer just by your attitude. I’ll never stop at this Jack in The Box, while I’m typing this out in my car two other customers arrived and while they were walking in a an employee walks out and they asked her is it true that the grill is not working and she tells them it’s working for drive through Only and there are no burgers
