I just came from there 15 minutes ago and when I was there the cook had no gloves and didn't wash her hand and didn't use anything to pick up my food when I call her out she then to put gloves but still serviced me the same food her hands touch. I had to go to another jack in the box to get my food remade.

The store personnel are WONDERFUL. I have the app and try to stop by this particular 🏪 every time I need some of those tiny 🌮🌮 with that avocado & lime sauce (YUMMY)‼️🥑🍋 They also have a delicious pineapple drink I try to treat myself to at least once a month (it's kind of expensive, but oh so TASTY).

This was by far the cleanest Jack in the Box I have ever been in and the customer service was great as well. Whit and Nene where extremely nice and to top things off the food was fresh and hot. It was great. If I'm ever done that way again I would go out of my way to stop there. Most fast food places are crappy nowdays but not this one.

The intercom was not working, instead of closing the drive thru , they still continued service which led to taking orders at the window and it took forever for out turn. Never going back
