The food is always great but my fiance and I were just in the drive thru and the guy told us that they were out of the T-Pain meal and then watched them hand out one of the meals to two cars ahead of us. The guy then proceeded to continue to lie to us and say they didn't have the meal. Will never go back. This guy either needs a write up or to be fired

It was fast, it was fresh, and the woman that took my order as well as the cook where extremely nice.
THIS IS THE 1st JackInTheBox I've been to in 2 decades where all the staff was humble, fast, nice, & respectful to eachother! 🫡 the food was hot & well served. Place was clean & stocked.

Honestly the 3-5 times I’ve been here (not in the past few years) it’s been hands down the worst location from long wait times, bad customer service, sub par meals. Even once they were outta most things and they were nice enough to give some extras food for the inconvenience and they still gave me the wrong order, it could be better now, but the fact that I’m writing this review years after visiting means it lives rent free in my head and I literally won’t bother going to that location even when I’m feeling like trying their new stuff.
If I end up going there and it’s back to normal I’ll update this

Guy with mustache was rude, charged me $27 for 6 tacos and a burger
So service was fast of course there was no one here however, I had one major issue. If you don’t mind, your food being made with the same hands that took your money then this place is a great. The cashier took my credit card, give it back and then made my food, not putting gloves or washing his hands
