I drove thru at 02:23 am after leaving the university from work expecting a normal drive thru experience. Wow, was i entirely wrong. The gentleman taking my order then serving it did such an amazing job that I had to go back thru the drive thru a 2nd time just so I could thank him for such a great experience. The kind of treatment that never really happens anymore. I was met by his aunt Alvina who thought there was a issue with my order and she was trying to correct it. When I explained there was absolutely no issue I just had to come around again to say thank you to Emilio, I believe that was her nephews name. If not I apologize but his name wasn't on the receipt just hers. I never do this type of thing because we'll service everywhere is basically meaningless nowadays. But not this time, it was perfect. Thank you both for making my night by doing it right.

I really love this Jack location!! The staff here are always nice, professional and easy to deal with. They always get my order right! I will 9 times out of 10 go to this Jack location over Wendy's, Mickey D's So glad they are still here!

So the stff there is always very nice and polite...... in particular the guy doing the drive tru window is just so nice ..... me and my daughter go there 2 to 3 times a week and he always makes our experience much better

My mozzarella sticks was overly crunchy and burnt af, My jumbo jack burger wasn't even in jumbo size and it didn't have no cheese on it. it seems like the only thing Jack in the box can get right is the tacos and chicken sandwiches... but everything else on the menu has been down right mediocre. Also, this particular location is very low vibrational in terms of energy in it's atmosphere. I won't be coming back to eat here again, i was really disappointed in my meal being though this was my second time eating there food .

I've been to this local twice in the last week and both times my food felt like it had been sitting Ive cold party on burger and tacos filling was not even warm

Good food with friendly service
As soon as you enter an unpleasant smell hits you.
Its hit and miss with the food and there is almost always some bums outside that make you want to lock your car up if you go inside.
