All I want is some Jack in the Box tacos. This place has forgotten them TWICE. Two separate orders, days apart. One time I went through drive thru and then they asked me to come inside. They seriously need to just make sure the bags have everything in them.

The MOST DISGUSTING JACK IN THE BOX. The workers are either starting fires behind the restaurant (burn marks visible from drive thru), or they somehow end up flooding the restaurant. The food has never tasted right. Save yourself the time and go to literally any other Jack in the

The truth is, it was a very bad experience. It took us about 5 minutes waiting for them to take our order. Then they took it and it took us much longer at the window. My order was a muchie meal with spicy jack, no tomato, add bacon, and I received a regular one without bacon and with tomatoes and they charged me for the bacon and they also gave it to me in a bag and they should have given it to me at the cashier. They didn't even give me sauces and I had already asked for them before and they didn't give us napkins either
It's a long time to wait It was like more than 20 minutes. And to finish it was not what we asked for

This restaurant in Austin didn't seem to be in a safe location; we went late and the mall where this Jack in the Box is located looked very deserted; the food took a little too long to be ready so we had to wait in the front of the restaurant; like I said, it didn't look too safe. (I may be wrong, we were visiting and don't know the area, observation based on looks, not happenings).
