It's a jack in a box, the food was hot and fresh, but I hate how much corporate makes them care about their timers. If I'm the only one in the drive through and it's slow I ain't pulling and parking nowhere. It's a drive thru I'm at the window, I can wait at the window.

Lights were off outside making it feel unsafe at 11pm at night.
I’ve only been a few times here but each time has been great. Employees are fast on getting your order and food taste fresh.

The machine was down to take orders I arrived and I couldn’t understand the lady telling me the machine was down , ya should put a piece of paper saying it was close or something or cones to block off the drive though loses my lunch break trying to understand the lady

All I want is some Jack in the Box tacos. This place has forgotten them TWICE. Two separate orders, days apart. One time I went through drive thru and then they asked me to come inside. They seriously need to just make sure the bags have everything in them.
