They were out of orange juice and hashbrowns by 9:30 but the cashier was so nonchalant and monotone about taking all of our orders it was awkward. He delivered our food to our table to let us know what they were out of and gave us a large fry instead, which were very yummy and fresh.

If your looking for fast food this is it, the cook must have been looking at his phone and not working because the drive thru line wasn't moving and there was a line inside. It took more than 30 mins in the drive thru line to get my food!

Last night between 3-4 am I was physically assaulted by Derek the drive thru employee. I would like to speak with management directly. Just because i held the door handle to prevent him from slamming a door in my face does not give him ANY RIGHT TO PHYSICALLY PUT HIS HANDS ON ME. I have tried to call but the phone number is not a working one. I have filed complaint with HQ. I am also seeking civil action.
Edit: After speaking with a few individuals from HR and the District Manager, I have been informed that Derek is NOT the individual that physically assaulted me. Derek… Whoever you are… I apologize with ALL my heart for saying your name. I did receive that name from the receipt and I DO NOT want any innocent person taking any blame for something he did not do.

As long as you are just doing the drive through it is a fine Jack in the Box. This inside is pretty cramped and there are no changing tables in the bathroom.

If you're trying to sneak a meal in before a flight and want something fast, do yourself a favor and don't stop here. There's nothing uplifting here as you'll be greeted upon with a very nasty restroom, all tables dirty while the on shift manager is more worried about being on her phone take an orders and running the shift. For almost $15 you get burger and a charge curly fries mixed in with french fries you didn't want that is way past their holding Time by about 45 minutes Yes the purple shirt lady. I guess the personnel here only think Hispanic people can speak Spanish and yes I was cleaning a table so I could sit there. There are at least five other restaurants within half a mile here. Is there a district manager that even bothers reading these reviews from people to see the main things that are going on?

I know many people who luv this restaurant but I can't go there anymore. Every restaurant I walk in is dirty. The food is ok Arby's is better, they have curly fries too.

The curly fries were awesome, Burger is certainly Better than McDonald's or Burger King. Service was friendly. Unfortunately accuracy was a miss. I asked for a bunless burger and said no combo. Saw a combo was rung up and clarified burger only. Meal was delivered with a bun and fries but I didn't need the extra fries. Still charged for full combo.

We waited about 10 min to be attended to as there were only 3 staff members but The cashier was very pleasant and apologized several times, that made up for it
