I went through the drive in and after several attempts to place an order, no one answered so I went to leave. I turn the corner and there was a car parked in front of me. I don't know if they ordered food or were just waiting.
Regardless, I was stuck with a car in front of me and a car behind for almost half an hour. I almost had a panic attack as I was unable to leave.
Is this common practice at Jack in the Box locations or are you totally fine with endangering the well being of you customers?
Food was hot, fast friendly service over all good experience.

Slow and terrible. Only one person ahead of me and they still take over 10 minutes to make food. Girl at window had no sense of urgency at 3pm🤦♀️

Got the number 3 combo. Bacon and Swiss burger. They took a while to get me my food and when I got home they gave me the burger with no bacon. I don’t mind the wait but I was excited and let down as soon as I open it.
