The customer service was fantastic at this location, First we stop at the Jack in the box W Williams cannon and first super disappointed, We just left pick and pull our hands wee dirty we need it to wash it, then told us bathroom are not working, we just needed our hands clean, so we can eat, so we left and end up at this local the service was super ? fast, friendly made us feel welcome even spend more than what we need it too. So yes, food was good ? service ?

I commonly come to this location for breakfast, and it’s great when certain employees are working. I get my food with fine wait time and it’s well cooked. Lately, whenever I pull up at around 6:30 to 7:00 am, there’s a specific employee who seems to always be sleeping in the back, I have to honk the horn to get anyone’s attention. And then when I do, I get told “we’re closed right now” Since when does Jackbox close? This is infuriating when I’m starving in the morning. Please hire workers that actually work. The employee who’s sleeping on the job and saying it’s closed is the older lady with the very Spanish accent and colored nails. Everyone else has been wonderful to me.

We arrived at 8:26am (this Google App says they are open) and they said they are not taking any orders. Very unprofessional open a also breakfast restaurant just for gathering with other coworkers instead of working like they should and expected.
Tried to get breakfast at 8:21, but there was one person sitting in the kitchen in the back, wasn't very happy that I wasn't able to get my breakfast even though I work at the jiffy lube next to this store.

These are apparently there mini tacos box. Let me be clear. I won't be returning to this Jack in the Box. Three mistakes in a row is just not acceptable. I was quite clear with my order no lettuce please.I request it every time and every time I get loads of lettuce. This just seems personal. I opened the box and almost blew a fuse because I thought the entire box was just all lettuce. Y'all outa be ashamed of yourselves. Saying you need the business but then serve this.. your staff is lazy, they don't care. I won't be retuning.

Ordered on the mobile app for the first time and went to pick-up in the drive-thru. The order was not even close to right when I got home and the app has no way to request a refund. Wasted $13
