Ordered a number 14 and only got fries. Manager refused to fix the order or acknowledge the mistake. Terrible customer service and reflective of Jack in the Box corporate policies and franchise owners oversight of operations. Very poor establishment.

this place is disgusting water leaking through the roof dripping on customers! 2 people came inside with their order wrong! i’m allergic to cheese asked for no cheese and put straight cheese! 0/10 who knows what they doin in the back!

Lady at front counter was extremely rude. I was yelled at for grabbing the order that I purchased and had my name on it after waiting patiently.
I will not be going back to this location.

Don't know why it's open today, it is very hot here today. I thought I was in a Jack n da box in Mexico. All the tables were filthy. They should be closed to repair the HVAC system.

Got mold on egg in breakfast sausage croissant. :-( plus they burn my extra cheese badly. Lost my 31 dollars with all other food items that I was scared to touch other items after seeing mold on egg. Uber eats refused to help me out and didn’t refund me. Will report to 311/local health department.

I don't have a vehicle, so I walked up to the drive thru, inside entrance was locked, I attempted to place an order and was refused. Car cash and walking cash, what's the difference? What's bugging me is they've served me many times before. This particular employee, Hispanic, changed her tone, become more hostile to me. Could it possibly be that she has something against African Americans?
