Your experience will depend on who is working here. This isn't the most flattering Jack in the Box in appearance. You will find the drive thru can be slow.

I have revisited this restaurant for about 5 years. It is very so-so. But once in a blue moon, you get a really good attendant at the Drive Thru, every now and again they get your order just right.

This isn't some special Jack in the Box. I just had some good moments and some bad moments here. Your experience simply depends who is working here at any given time.

This Jack in the box has always been a bit on the slow side and service was always mediocre at best, but it's just gotten to the point that it's so poor I cannot return. They often do not greet or attend the counter, and in my case I waited 5 minutes at the counter while several people stood around behind it just chatting doing nothing. One worker brought some pickup food to the counter, and then serviced an individual who apparently had an issue from the drive through that walked in after I had, continued to ignore me and the manager of the bunch finally noticed someone was at the counter waiting and asked me if I wanted to place an order to which I exclaimed yeah, for a while now, and when she went to take they were out of the thing I had wanted. (Spicy Chicken Sandwich) At that point I left without another word, just don't waste your time with this location. Their Soda Fountain also has a funky taste to it so the only thing safe to drink is the tea.

This was on 10/8/2025, I went here around 12-2pm and had to wait to get service because the 2 young cashers decide to be love birds and were joking around with each other, I don’t know how this can even be possible , I’m a manager and I would never put 2 love related people at the same shift !!! This is so unprofessional.

I hope this is the Anderson Milk and Burnet Road location. Aida is very sweet and courteous. She is the first person who actually allowed me to order without interrupting and made sure to repeat the order. You don't get customer service like the way she provided anywhere anymore. She definitely is manager material. Hold on to her tight.
