I needed to use restroom really bad and they said you have to buy something to use restroom very rudely Responded Ok I need to use the restroom I'm not from around here I agreed to buy something so I could use the restroom the problem is that they took their sweet time to help me to take my order to pass me the key was like ten minutes and I had to wait another 15 minutes just to get two tacos and there was no one there I can't believe they could treat people like that. To run a business with kindness and not hire just any buddy to flip a burger

Late night pick up of an online order consisting of 7 sandwiches (3 diff types). No one was in drive through which was surprising and awesome for a Saturday night about an hour after bars closed. Person in window was friendly, said they're making the order now, we said no worries and ty]]33hung out a few mins. When she came bk she handed a heaping bag of hot sandwiches,and upon arriving home found that she put in the 4 diff kinds of sauces we ordered,ya could extra of each too. Kick ass. Kinda glad everyone hates in Jack in the box bc you rarely see a late night Whataburger sized line at JIB, and for that I am thankful. And hungry. So I tied an onion to my belt...which was the style at the time

$14 is too much for a sourdough combo that came up short, why do the employees scoop the curly fries like it comes out of their pockets. why is your 23k dollar coca-cola fountain machine out of order? for that price i can pretty much go anywhere else, and I will.

I came in today 8/15/24 and it took 15 minutes to receive my order which was very unacceptable. Didn't get sorry about the delay of me receiving my order or anything. The restrooms are dirty and the lobby is a little bit messy. Then I asked for a spoon after ordering a shake and was told that they didn't have any spoons. Also the AC doesn't work in the restaurant.

I placed an order at 12:47AM on August 3, 2024. 8 minutes later, I went to the speaker box and told Jaime(name tag) I had a mobile order and he said that “my boyfriend” had already came by to pick it up and I told him that wasn’t possible because I had just placed it and there was no boyfriend?. He kept asking me if it was a set up and I told him no that I had my confirmation email and I was baffled because ??? After about 10 minutes of asking for a refund or a replacement, he had started telling me to walk up to the front door in order to get a refund. I wasn’t going to do that because I’m a teenage girl and it was late. He kept saying to “please” to walk up to the front door and I had to keep reiterating that I wasn’t comfortable with that. I spent 30 minutes here asking for my money back and then he had started offering me my food but I didn’t trust them to make it anymore! He walked out and went towards the dumpster and then came up to my car with a twenty dollar bill in hand and gave it to me. My order was $25.98. Overall, the situation was off putting and he took a picture of my face with his personal phone! Please review yalls cameras so yall can see what happened because this is crazy

one order of onion rings has 4 pieces for $6 definitely don’t suggest going to jack in the box at this location. And they were burnt too.

No one ever answers the phone at this location. Someone needs to train the new high school drive thru server on the menu. 3 times this week I have come in to order the smash double combo and the picture clearly has grilled onions and even the ads on tv say grilled onions. He always say the item doesn’t come with onions when I order so he doesn’t put no onions on the order, I’m like yes it does it’s on the pic. So then I get my order and there is always grilled onions on it!
