They have the lobby cold during the winter. Eating breakfast inside is not ideal. They take forever at the counter to take your order

I ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad and couldn't fully enjoy it because they gave me only one utensil... a fork. I couldn't cut the chicken until I got home. A 12-hour shift later...Welp, it didn't go to waste. Puppies!
I didn't enjoy my lunch here. Service was great but the food was just not for me. Ordered chicken sandwich, hashbrowns and toast sticks. Chicken was very dry, hashbrowns and toast sticks was okay. However their coca cola machine couldn't dispense coke properly as it was too fizzy and no taste more like colored soda water.

The food was really good I order a JR JUMBO JACK I was so delicious excellent job for the cook but the lady working on the window she did a really BAD job and she talks to bad to customers I don’t have the ticket anymore but I remember the name of the lady her name was AURORA she is the worst employee that the restaurant has excellent JOB WITH COOKS try to keep your good employees

The poor people who work have to do so under great risk as huge drops of water fall when it rains.
Normally I would never leave a 4 star review for this place. I have lived next door for 3 years, and I have seen this place go through many transitions. But at this moment, June 2024, I am so proud of them. I ordered a quick munchie box. It took 3 seconds to order it and have it delivered. It was a perfect box, organized and everything. The girl at the window, who took my order, also organized my sauces in a bag, I’ve never seen this at this location. My review is purely because of her. She was fast efficient, and had amazing customer service. I didn’t get her name, she was busy. But I’m giving it 4 stars (really it’s a 3 at best) purely because they’ve been on their game lately. I’ve seen it at a 1 star, so I can’t promise what you’ll get here. But right now ? it’s definitely a good stop.
