Placed order through the Jack in the Box app for delivery. App stated my order would be delivered by Doordash. Order was confirmed by the location at 7:29 P.M. and Doordash's tracker stated a dasher was at the restaurant waiting for my order around 7:45. 8:20 I get an email from Jack in the Box saying my order was cancelled. Checking Doordash's tracker my order was cancelled nearly thirty minutes prior at 7:56! Love the heads up so I can figure place an order at someone that actually wants my money. Waste of time and I had to reach out to Jack in the Box for a refund instead them just refunding me automatically! Won't be back.

I just went today January 7, 2025 through the window and the terrible service, bad attitude and the one at the window didn't even look us in the face, terrible, I will never visit that place again, they should look at the frustrated workers they have, and I will take care of telling my friends not to visit the place

Today my daughter went to pick up her food, they didn't want to give it to her because they had already given it to someone else and not even looking at my daughter showing them that she paid and that she was going to get her order saying come tomorrow the manager is not there I don't know why not They check before giving food to another person, they should check who they give it to, what bad service...

This location limits the amount off tacos sauce. Francisco was aggressive and took "away" the container from the counter!He even told me no more!
They said there policy is 1 taco sauce per taco. They declined to give me anymore. Unbelievable!!!!
