Extremely disrespectful experience at the drive-through today. The male employee taking my order was rushed, dismissive, and would not listen when I tried to correct my order. I asked to repeat it, but he kept talking over me and then some other female worker told me to pull up to the window to take my order. When I got to the window, he repeated someone else’s order, I said he didn’t get to take my order. He then said repeatedly said, “I can’t hear you,” even after I raised my voice so I could be heard, and shut me down each time. Instead of apologizing, adjusting the mic, or trying to listen, he shut the window on me and did not allow me to continue ordering or ask for a manager. I was never given a chance to place my order at all.

The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable, and I left feeling disrespected as a customer. I’m not sure whether bias or racism played a role, but the way I was treated was not okay and it felt evident.

Additionally, there was a homeless individual sitting directly by the drive-through window, which felt intimidating and unsafe and added to the overall discomfort of the experience.

Very disappointing customer service.

We went at 3:30am early Sunday morning for some late night treats. Their shake machine was almost cleaned and they asked us to come back in ten minutes. We came back and they asked us to wait so they could take care of customers inside first. After about another 5-10 minutes, they told us the shake machine was still freezing. I asked if we should come back in a bit or just go inside and they didn't answer us so we just went home. We never got our refund. It was a waste of an hour of our time and a waste of 11 dollars when we barely had that much to spend. Never returning to this store again.

When did Jack in the box make you buy something to use the restroom. Did I plan on making a lunch purchase anyways? Yes. But to be told I had too seems a little ridiculous. I understand the part of town that I’m on has to lock their bathrooms to keep unwanted guest out. But you can take one look at me and know I’m not one of those unwanted guests. Further more until I ordered my food she wouldn’t unlock the bathroom door. Then after I ordered she took her sweet time, helped another customer then decided I could use the restroom even after I expressed the urgency. Needless to say. Do better

If you can stand all the riff raff hanging around the place then the food is pretty good at this location. Very speedy and responsive. Respectful too

When I arrived and went into the restaurant there was a puddle of water on the floor in front of a bucket 🪣 I guess the bucket was placed there to catch the water 💦 but the water wasn't going in the bucket so I asked the workers were they going to mop it up and their response was it's a lot more going with the restaurant then that my thing is what if I would of slipped and fell because of the water that's not the response I wanted to hear somebody could get hurt jack in the box has to do better this is unacceptable

I went through the drive thru. The lady was rude. She didn't even give me my receipt. I had to ask her for it. The croissant was just thrown together. I will not go back to the one on Congress and William Cannon.

I ordered 12 tacos and combo number 2 even when I ask if my order was complete, in the bag was only 8 tacos, the combo was a jr. Combo and everything was cold. Not happy with this location service.

I ordered the Buffalo Wings and this is what I got..chicken nuggets with a sprinkle of Buffalo sauce.. definitely not what the picture advertised.. will never go to this Jack-in-the-Box again..I only gave them 1 star because I had to in order to post
