Tried this while I was new to Austin! Would not recommend if you really want authentic Indian food flavors!
Just by one bite I could know that they use all artificial packaged mixes. Not worth the money and time!

I stopped by for dinner on my way home after seeing the 4.5-star rating, but unfortunately my experience didn’t match the reviews. We were very hungry and ordered their most popular dish, the Chicken Tikka, but the first bite itself was disappointing. The flavors felt off, and the curry tasted undercooked with an unusual tangy-sweet taste that didn’t sit well.
The dal was good – I’d rate it 3/5.
The naan was also decent – 3/5.
On a positive note, the owner/server was extremely kind and polite, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall food experience just didn’t meet expectations.

So disappointed honestly i order buryani and samosa and i had a promo of buy one get one free but they only sent one .
And the biryani is literally fried rice.
If i had to have fried rice i would just make it at home.
Literally disgusting 🤢 don’t buy from here seriously
My family began experimenting with the food, and we kept coming back because the food was very good. We have even become friends with two of the servers, Valino and Kevin. We eat here or order out routinely. Highly recommended!

Vallino was a great server. Friendly and a great conversationalist. He made good recommendations and remembered a lot about us from the last visit. We were treated like VIPs here and the food is out of this world.

I’m so disappointed by this food. I love Indian food and ate food all over Austin, all over the us, and even all across India. This place was terrible
Tikka masala was honestly so flavorless. And the mild was spicy and made it hard for my kids to eat. Usually they eat a TON but not from this place.
The Dahl was equally flavorless and spicy as well - super disappointing.
And the butter nahn was tough and rubbery. It was so far from what I was hoping I was ordering.
I’ll never be ordering from this place again. Disaster

Vanalli is attentive and quick with service. Food is prepared just how you ask with lots of flavor. Love the peaceful ambiance. Will be back again! Military discount too!

Cold atmosphere, unwelcome attitude.
Mixed grill was missing items including salmon and shrimp. Naan was served way before mixed grill. Not a pleasant place to return to.

Not sure how this place has 4.5 ratings. The malai kofta and paneer chili was absolutely terrible. The only decent thing was garlic naan.

I recently dined at Jaipur Palace (Austin) and was thoroughly impressed by their take on North Indian cuisine. Their Butter Lamb was rich, tender, and full of flavor, and the Mangalorean Kulcha (stuffed flatbread) with spiced chutneys was a standout. The Jaipur Mixed Grill sizzling plate was a fun celebration of tandoori meats — smoky, juicy, and beautifully charred.
The ambiance is unassuming from the outside (in a shopping-complex setting), but inside the dining room has touches of elegance — velvet banquettes, warm lighting, and bold drapery.
The Infatuation
The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, helping us choose spice levels and explaining dishes without pressure. Definitely a go-to for when you’re craving serious Indian food.

We LOVED this place!! As Indian people ourselves, we tend to be a bit critical of Indian places that we visit, however this place more than impressed us.
The food was warm, seasoned and spicy, and well made as there were different flavors within each dish.
We also really liked that this place was family owned - the owner took the time to talk to us and made sure we enjoyed our food (and their children are extremely cute).
We ordered : paneer tikka masala, malai kofta, lamb sheesh kebab, and chili/garlic naan (we especially liked the malai kofta).
