Today would've been my first time trying it out! However, it didn't happen,;( As soon as my daughter and grandkids walk into the establishment, the man at the register was on his cell phone and looked very annoyed as we entered and never did he acknowledge us, greet us, or offer to assist us! He placed his cell phone down twice as he rolled his eyes when we were asking questions,;( we decided to leave and I asked for his name and the managers name and number. He refused and said "he was the manager" He then called me a Karen smh he was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and hostile. I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT INTO THAT ESTABLISHMENT! I certainly hope no one else has to experience what we experienced today! All because we had questions and he couldn't stay taking on his cell phone. smh
This location used to be great but not anymore. I used to go there for several years as a consistent customer. Lately my smoothies have been too chunky, plus the workers don't even call my name or mention my order when it's ready. So I stopped going. It's been over a month since I've been there. That's a bummer because if customer service and quality of the product was back on its game, I would return. Hate to say I don't love Jamba Juice anymore until something changes about that...
Update: after reading Kate Scott's review... that's terrible nothing has changed. Jamba Juice you need to hire new staff that cares about your customers and quality of products. It's starting to make you look bad. I use to go there some time after 3p quite a bit . So whomever's working that shift needs some major adjustments :-(

If I could give no stars I would. Worst experience EVER!! When I walked in to order no one even acknowledged me. No hi, we will
be right with you, nothing! Stood there for a long time. When a young woman came to the register she didn’t say anything to me, so I said hi and then ordered my passion fruit bowl. I’m informed by a man that they don’t have blueberries so I asked for pineapple where again they didn’t have that so I asked for extra strawberries or bananas and was met with annoyance by the man stating they could add extra banana. I’m sorry but if I’m paying $11 then throw out some substations in place of the missing items. I waited almost 40 minutes for 1 bowl. This place needs some better management or guidance of how to greet people and how to work at a more efficient pace. I had a woman say that they took so long to make her bowl that it was melted all the way. Mine was cold but also very liquid. Drank half of it. I think the only reason this place is in business is because they are in the Mueller area. So disappointed! Should have left when no one bothered to even say hi to me!

I have been waiting on my smoothie for 20 minutes. There are 9 people here waiting on their order or to order and there is one worker and she hates her life and I am now late to my appointment. Never again

Long time fan of Jamba Juice - used to work there back in the day and this is by far the worst location
Multiple times they close early while being technically open. You will be outside and the employees pretend you aren’t there and then have an attitude when you ask why they are closed after traveling to purchase from them.
You can call ahead - but sometimes they say you can’t place orders on the phone for pickup… which isn’t company protocol. Yes, you can use the app, but not all items are listed so it’s not helpful.
Generally they make it a pain in the ass to ever go to and the employees all need customer service training to properly explain to customers why they are incapable of doing their job without adding harm to injury by being rude.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. The workers are closing 2 HOURS early, not sure if this is even legal, on the basis that they’re “almost out of product” and “have a lot to clean” when there is literally 2 blenders in use at a time. The “manager on site” intentionally ignores you until you stand there waving at them long enough, and will then begin yelling explicitatives at you and start throwing you the finger. I have never had an experience like this IN MY LIFE. Terrible established. Terrible Workers.
Worst service I walk in and make my way to the register to order the guy behind the counter asks the ladies behind me what they would like totally overlooks me no one was in front of me
So I finally order , my order was completely wrong the guy made me another one and when I asked if I could add something to my smoothie he gave me the worst look and actually said no I wasn’t asking for it to be free. And this drink was the wrong size
I won’t be back
Very rude and dismissive manager, very disrespectful attitude. You should change managers if you don’t wanna lose customers

i went to this jamba juice hoping to get a mango smoothie and got the wrong order, i think his name was jonathan that got my order wrong. i also noticed that he was drunk, by the way he was talking and the way he was slow. i’m really unimpressed about my experience, the smoothie was good tho

I had the most wonderful experience at this Jamba Juice, thanks to Tara’s incredible kindness and customer service. When she learned I was picking up an order to cheer up my work best friend, she went above and beyond—allowing me to check out earlier than the store’s usual opening time. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference in our day, and I truly appreciate her willingness to help. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition! Thank you, Tara, for making our morning brighter.
The drinks were amazing, the service was ok it wasn't anything to write home about. There weren't any customers so we got out drinks in less than 5 mins
