Called ahead to order since the app was not giving an option to write a comment and a guy answered told me to place it online and there should be a way to leave a comment. I proceeded to put the order online since I wanted to make their life easier and just give them a call to modify my order. I called 5 times and no answer; at this point I was out in my car and called again to see if they were just ignoring my call and sure enough they were. There were no customers inside at all. Not busy or slammed of orders. I proceed to go in and let them know I was trying to call to modify my order since my coworker is allergic to an ingredient and he proceed to say well it’s already made. Okay so maybe the called should have been answered since I called a few times and so did she. I work in the food industry and we try to do our best to always exceed everyone’s expectations but if we are not busy we are always taking calls even if we are busy we take them. I’m just amazed of this service! Definitely not worth the 30 min drive here.

Loved the smoothie! There was a loud banging the entire time we were there coming from behind the counter. Waited in line for a bit because the checkout person was chatting with the customers in front of us for a while. But overall smoothies were a win!

Always clean and friendly. There are seats and tables here, but 95% of their orders are to go. So not fancy.Money is in the cup!While part of my grandma brain screams at paying $1 an ounce for a cup of smushed fruit. Jamba does it soooo very well ?I was feeling needy and treated myself to gingered greens, and my Mom loves their Mango blends I barely found a seat before our order was ready to go. And it remained thick and cold all the way home to Mom.Thanks Jamba!
Parking: Parking here is often tight, but lots of turn over softens the wait.
Wheelchair accessibility: This location has two lightly used handicapped ♿ parking spots barely 15 feet from their door!
I told them I was having issues with redeeming a discount code, so they let me order over the phone and helped me enter the code when I arrived. Great customer service. Only issue I have with Jamba is they're overpriced. Obviously everything is more expensive now days, but $8 for a small smoothie? When I can got to Juiceland and get a small for a little over $6? This is the reason why they get 4/5.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The assistant manager Rebecca was very rude and stuck up. She makes it known she is the manger and has a better than everyone else attitude. I witnessed her being rude to other staff on duty. The drink I purchased was not terrible however, I will not be returning due to Rebecca’s attitude.

I usually go to this Jamba Juice , but recently I’ve visited again and noticed a new employee, CORIE IS AN ABSOLUTE AMAZING AND HARD WORKING EMPLOYEE…. You can really tell he’s dedicated and ready to work .
