Their website ordering system is a disaster. Use the app if you must. It can’t be worse. Tried ordering a sandwich and chips twice, site rejected the order for unclear reasons (basket cannot be changed?) both times. I finally gave up and ordered elsewhere. Went about my day, later checked my email to find a Jason’s order confirmation (luckily just one).

Well now I don’t want it. I already ordered from somewhere else. Keep in mind the web site, at no point, confirmed my order had been placed. It just kept spinning me back to the pay screen.

Didn’t want to go down there and deal with it so just burned the money. Will never order from them again. Food isn’t good enough for the grief.

Everyone here is trained very professionally, food comes out quick but can still see it’s being made fresh. Workers are always happy to help or customize orders. (Yes they do listen to notes on the app or even in person)I love that they never forget to remind you on free ice cream, even on a take out order! I live very close so I come often and Alex seems to be there every time! He is a great hard worker.

After waiting OVER AN HOUR. My order was cancelled because Jason's Deli can't stock enough ingredients.
That's pretty much the number one rule in running a restaurant.

Went in for lunch after bowling and ordered a Mesa Chicken salad. When they brought it to the table I asked for a to go box and put half of it in the box. It was way more than I could eat.
Getting ready to leave where the group started going up to get ice cream. It is included with your order.

We’ve come to Jason’s Deli about ten times now, and every single visit has been fantastic! My kids absolutely love the menu — their favorites are the meatball pasta, pizza, chicken Alfredo, and chicken tenders. My wife and I usually go for the salad bar, which is always fresh and full of great options.

One of the best parts is the complimentary ice cream at the end of the meal — you can choose chocolate, vanilla, or swirl, which is such a fun treat for the kids (and us too!).

The food is consistently delicious, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. Jason’s Deli has definitely become one of our go-to spots. Highly recommend!

We eat at the Great Hills Station Jason's Deli about two times a month, on Sundays. The employees work hard there. My favorite thing is the salad bar. Almost everything is good and tasty! There are a lot of toppings to choose from, including fresh spinach, boiled eggs, and potato salad. The potato salad is what earned this review only 4 stars. I like potato salad, but the first time I tried it there were hard, chewy pieces of pickle rind in it. I thought it was a one-off, but no. Not a bug but a feature I guess. My suggestion to Jason's is to PLEASE use more tender pickles or peel the ones you use. The texture is just unpalatable.
