The folks I was with got their food within 5 minutes. Took 30 minutes to get mine. Reminded them after 15 minutes, had to remind them again before I finally got it.
To be fair, they did comp my food, but I'd rather have just paid for it and gotten it on time. The sandwich was okay-ish. I couldn't eat the gritty broccoli cheese soup.

We were very disappointed in what we received tonight. My husband ordered the Manager's Special which included a "half sandwich," chips and 1 side (got broccoli cheddar soup that was much more cheese than broccoli). The "half sandwich" was about 1½" x 4", hardly a sandwich at all. I got the ¼ muffaletta with chips and soup. The photo of the muffaletta had a good 2" of meat. Mine had less than ¼" of meat at the thickest point and nothing at others. (Wish I'd gotten the salad bar.) Our daughter ordered chicken Alfredo pasta that had an odd taste.
It was also very dark inside--too dark.
We've been to other locations and have never been so disappointed. This was our first visit to this location, and it will be our last.

Jasons Deli has great vegetarian options. It's comforting, reliable and delicious. I ordered the spinach veggie wrap with pasta salad and a cup of broccoli cheese soup. It's the perfect vegetarian meal in my opinion. The service was quick and the staff is always pleasant.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of options to choose from. My favorites are the spinach veggie wrap and the zucchini garden pasta as well as the broccoli cheese soup and pasta salad. Vegetarian options are clearly marked.

Jasons deli is very clean. The food is excellent. I got the baked potato and loved it. Sometimes I get to the salad bar which is great with so many choices to choose from. There are salad mix, tomato, cucumbers, mushrooms, red onion sliced, broccoli, boiled eggs, baby carrots, potato salad, cottage cheese, assorted salad dressings, small cornbread muffins, a few more things to make the salad bar so interesting. They have quite a few sandwiches and soups and free ice cream cones for dessert. Prices are reasonable.

Ordered to go and ate at home. The salad was very tasty and the sandwich was great but I got all the way home before I found out they forgot my au jus dip, besides that it was what I expected from a known eatery and they have plenty to choose from.
I mean they used to be great but why why why take the chocolate mouse away when it was so cheap to make! Other than that the rest of the food is decent.
