Drinks were solid. Food was delicious and service was amazing. I went in with low expectations but I gotta say they exceeded them. Any member of the staff I had any interaction with, was nice and service oriented. The food was well made, maybe a little slow to come out but nowadays that seems to be a problem everywhere. The drinks were strong but not in a bad way, the old fashioned was tasty.
We hit Rainey street on Veterans Day night. There was an amazing live band that didn’t seem to take a break. They had three singers who rotated a mic of Bruno and other pop songs that had the crowd moving and a-grooving all night long. Must stop please for fun.

One of my favorite bars on Rainey St. Less known than the others, but for good reason. Much less obnoxious loud music, less crowded, great drinks, outdoor and indoor seating. I LOVE this bar, and I love the food menu here too. I especially love the tacos, the queso is great too. Would highly recommend checking out Javelina, especially if you want to have a conversation where you can actually here the person you're talking to, and you aren't elbow-to-elbow with drunk college kids...read full review
