This is the best Jersey mikes I’ve ever been to in Austin! I literally go out of my way to go to this location even though there is another one closer to me.

They always make my order correct and it’s always fresh and delicious. What makes this the best store IMO is the customer service. Ever since it opened they have been consistently great. Today they were even willing to take my walk-in order just a few minutes before they closed and although they didn’t have to do that, they did anyways and did it with a smile and kindness.

Service was great, but sandwich was horrible!!! Tasted rotten! The bread was so hard it hurt my mouth to chew. The meat was slimy and it literally tasted so bad I threw it away.

EDIT: it was this location, HEB parking lot, right next to great clips.

I been 3 times each time I have requested a Philly cheesesteak with extra onions, red relish, and ketchup each time I did not get it. They just fixed a regular sandwich. I don’t think I’m ever gonna go back there again. Can’t follow the customers request. I’ll pay extra.

I just moved from Dallas to Austin and the guys working yesterday at noon were SO NICE! They made me feel welcome and I just really appreciate that! Kudos and I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I know it’s a chain, but this location takes pride in their service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Subs are always very good and fresh. Store is a little small with limited seating and space.

I had a great experience thanks to MJ! I didn’t realize the restaurant closed at 9:00 PM, and I showed up right at 8:55. Even though it was almost closing time, MJ didn’t turn me away or rush me out. Instead, they welcomed me with a great attitude and provided excellent service. I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism—it made my night. Thank you, MJ!
