Let me start off by saying the customer service was great and this was the cleanest Jersey Mike’s location I’ve seen. However in terms of food quality this location has to be the worse, I literally bit on a jalapeño that was as hard as a rock. I’m willing to give this place another shot for in the future

Zach is the best at Catering orders! I'm sure I was a bit OCD with a company order and he handled it and me so well!!!! Food was perfect!
2x I’ve waited in line now to find out they ran out of white bread. Y’all need to get it together.
I love IT'S Philly cheese. It is simple, fresh, tasty and I can't find anyone to beat them! The cheese is real.

Went in there as they were closing up and they still welcomed us and the food was spot on! Will definitely return!

1st time Ordered online at Philly Steak and Cheese, and it was satisfying. I was initially concerned about getting a small portions, I didn't have to worry about being hungry.
Staff was great but the manager, I think his name was Manny, was extremely rude to his employees. Made me feel really bad for them. Food was pretty good though.
