Online / takeout order. Was not done even though I got there 10 min after it was supposed to be complete. No one was in line and there were 7 employees standing around. Ridiculous!!!

Dining room is always dirty and not enough space for the tables u guys lined up on one wall. You can stager the tables. People don't need all the floor space in the middle. The line can wrap around the room instead of from the door to the ordering station. A long line also prevents people getting to the sodas. So a perimeter queuing would benefit.

Service always seems ready to help. And managers disposition always seems to be positive causing employees to be happy too.

Most of the time its perfect. Never thought id complain about too much meat bit this time when i ordered a mikes classic philly its was literally 3 lbs of meat and no cheese and no onion. Recommend the owner takes a look into this because its a waste of money and just doesnt taste good

I really like all of the Jersey Mike’s subs locations in Austin, including this one, but in my latest experience I felt that one of the team members was really giving me an attitude. I understand that it’s not fun dealing with customers all day but I was pretty taken aback because it’s not what I was used to from this location or Jersey mikes in general. I’m sure my experience will be fine next time but that interaction really put me off

The Big Kahuna at Jersey Mike's Subs is the best cheesesteak I've found in town. It has everything I'm looking for--a generous quantity of tasty ingredients!

I do not comprehend the size of the straw to cup ratio? Is this store under new management and they were confused when ordering? Is there a national shortage on straws? Is the management saving where they can to gain a larger bonus? What gives? If I were jay leno I would not be able to drink the last of the liquid. As it is you have me making out with the lid. I might as well not even have a straw. I’m only leaving this review because I am that customer who is perturbed by this. Inventory does matter. Being on top of supplies matters. I’d love to leave a 5 star review when you correct the supply shortage!Update. The lid popped off trying to drink from extremely short straw and I am now wearing the drink I would have loved to enjoy. Sadly this could have been prevented with an appropriate straw to cup ratio. Why god why is this happening here?
