I doordash, so I pick up a lot at this location, my first time buying a jersey mike sandwich.I really enjoyed the big kahuna.That's a damn big, awesome sandwich.And they did it correctly, they didn't overcook the meat, and of course, I had to smell it for twenty minutes.On the drive back to south austin, but yeah, we demolished that thing... And that Philly/ big kahuna cheesesteak was actually better than some cheesesteak restaurants

I really didn’t want to write this review because I know we all have bad days. But the service at this location is consistently horrible. The same guy always prepares the sandwiches, and every single time, he has a look of disdain on his face. No smile, no basic courtesy — just an unpleasant attitude.
Sir, if you hate your job that much, maybe it’s time to work in the back or find something else. I have enough going on in my life — I don’t need to deal with that kind of energy when I’m just trying to get a sandwich.
I was really hungry today, but I walked out without placing an order. I’m done giving this place chances. I work too hard to spend my money somewhere that doesn’t even offer basic respect to customers.

I had a disappointing experience at the Jersey Mike’s in Hancock around 6:30 PM this evening. I’m not sure who the two ladies working were, but the customer service was very poor. One of them was visibly rude and dismissive, while the other looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. The one with the bad attitude made no effort to help her coworker, which may explain the lack of motivation from the other employee.
They both seemed to struggle with understanding a simple order, or maybe they just didn’t care to. When my daughter placed her chips on the counter and asked for a drink, the rude employee completely ignored her, even though she clearly saw and heard her. If I hadn’t been with my daughter, I honestly would have walked out. To make things worse, the employee started laughing, and I’m not sure what was so funny about providing poor customer service.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the management takes steps to improve the service and professionalism at this location.

Haven’t had an issue ordering here. The service is always friendly and quick. I love jersey mikes. I will just say that they could pay more attention to the dining area. The tables and floor is covered in crumbs and mess. And the workers weren’t too busy to do it. We had to clean the area to eat inside ourselves. The bathroom could also use some TLC. I just needed to wash my hands but i wouldn’t have used it for anything else.

I'm pretty sure it's from negative people that are unsatisfied with who they are because of how high energy their employees are, but either way I have never had a bad experience with the service I receive when I go on my lunch breaks here. 10/10
