I know they should have birthday option on my birthday but They told me, I can use just points , it was interesting, I saw different they have birthday gift on internet.maybe They don’t want do me anything

I had never been to a Jersey Mikes before. I was starving and it was a convenient stop for me. The staff was nice, so this isn’t anything against them. However they need a crash course on food safety. I am allergic to tuna. I asked for a chicken salad sandwich and the guy after me asked for tuna. They used the same spatula for both! I told the girl at the front “ hey I’m allergic to tuna can you tell the guy to use another scoop” another customer who was in line said “ they do this all the time, I’m allergic as well and they use the same scoop and knife for all the sandwiches “ . That right there made me nervous but I saw that she told the guy serving to correct it. Not only did they not make me a fresh sandwich, he did it again using the same scoop for both! Then instead of grabbing one sandwich at a time he tried to scoop them both up at the same time causing both sandwiches to touch each other and contaminating my entire right side of the sandwich with tuna. At that point I was done. I told them no thanks and walked out. Seriously not worth the hospital trip.

I eat at Jersey Mike's a lot! I have never had an Original sliding off while cutting so bad... 3 squirt shakes of each juice is way too much for a small. Worst experience. The new kid at the register couldn't cut it straight. I had to stop him from cutting my bread off center. It's impossible to eat neatly. Falling out the sides. Never had this problem before. If people want extra... let them ask! They basically waddedit up half cut and gave it to me.

They have one high chair but I don’t think it has ever been cleaned. I had never seen such a dirty high chair. I wish these were part of health/food inspection process.

Love the sandwiches and Service I get here....but dang fix the air conditioning! Was so hot in there how u make the employees work like that in the Texas summer?!

I am writing this review on behalf of the 5 or 6 guys sweating behind the counter. The AC is broke it’s 100F outside and all they had were fans. this is not only uncomfortable and unreasonable that they should work with no AC but i am sure it affects health and hygiene. These guys were all sweating and miserable. i hope mgmt reads this. the 1 star is for someone in mgmt to fix the AC. we love Jersey mikes… it’s just a shame the owner of this store or mgmt will not take care of staff. Thank you for your attention!

I wish I could give no star however I wanted to make sure you are aware of how horrible is the customer service experience at this place. I came to this place two times and both times the girl who work there has a horrible attitude and I guess hard time to hear the customer out. I ordered my sandwich and she did something else when I said this is not what I ordered she said you said no mikes way. I said yes I did explain everything but not vinegar and oil. She gave me attitude. If she doesn’t like what she does at this place she doesn’t need to be there. This is the second time I had this experience with her. Looking frustrated and tired and irritated at what she does. Is that the customer fault? Please look into this behavior at this location. No one should get treated like this.

gears what you need to know before coming to this location

The staff here has improved dramatically over the years phenomenal staff to make you feel like family and keep this place spotless and clean

it's sort of a little hole in the wall but well worth it with plenty of seating and

they have stubborn soda cherry tarragon in a can which is extremely hard to find and makes this location unique

If you don't know stubborn is a soda company that Pepsi bought out and has been slowly trying to drive into the floor to get rid of their competition and their sodas use real sugar cane but also have a unique flavor to them that make them hard to find and one of my personal favorites to drink from time to time in this location has them in the can which has a completely different texture and gives it a nice fizz

also Jersey Mike's gives you with their app never rewards program free stuff on your birthday points you can use toward sandwiches and I'm a huge fan of their Chipotle Philly cheesesteak and still pretty much grilled just about anything or warm it up for you

also I am a huge fan of their spicy hot honey sauce which is just absolutely worth paying extra to have on every single one of anything you buy here which is just I cannot say enough good things about it is absolutely delicious I love to spice and the sweetness that it brings to anything you added to

also they told me about their four sandwich box packages which are perfect for evening gatherings and parties which I will keep in mind in the future on

spotless clean tables restroom in the back and once again worth getting through rush hour traffic to get to this little hole in the wall location but well worthwhile

You ever had a feeling some one is talking about you. So what triggered that is when I came into this jersey mikes there was no greeting just looks and stare. The lady cutting the meat is taking orders writing them down and touching her cell phone all with the same gloves. I asked her to change gloves to make my sandwich she said oh I'm not making your sandwich. OK please someone tell me does that make it ok. She first touched three different meats with the same gloves and not cleaning the meat cutter in between.. good luck to whom ever eats there today. She's going to get someone sick. You cant touch 3 raw meats with the same gloves it's cross contamination.

The food is fresh and tasty. Good hygiene is maintained. Service is nice and rates are affordable. Good option for lunch.

I've been to a lot of Jersey Mike's because I love the food usually. But this location is the worst I've ever seen. Dirty slow and inattentive.

Gluten-free bread went down hill, dry,dry,dry, to thick, did I say dry. Bad taste what happened??? Old bread way better. Will not be going back sorry.
