They had a trainee by them selves in the front doing everything. Communication is not there. While your paying they walk away and make your sandwich. If you wanna go to a faceless business that's fine but need to invest tablets for the customer to make their order. The one guy was telling the new guy if so and so is here do what they say other than that your doing good.

The new sandwich maker is terrible, asked for light oil and no onions... The guy wears a hat and has glasses ... Needs to be retrained
This was Thursday 8/29 Thursday around 2:30 pm.
Otherwise this location is fantastic

Rude. I don’t know what it is about this particular section of Anderson/burnet street but the employees here and a couple other places around it are just complete failures at customer service. It’s really sad. I hope yall actually figure out your issues and not direct it towards people who have done nothing to you and only seek to patronize your business

Thanks to Xavier and the JM Team, I had a truly fantastic first visit to Jersey Mike's. I have Celiac, but my family does not. While others prepared my family's order, Xavier prepared my sandwich with gluten-free bread in a separate area from the counter line. They treated my dietary restrictions, as well as me with utmost respect, taking extra care to ensure I was happy. And I was. Great food, great service, professional demeanor. Kudos to Jersey Mike's on West Anderson Lane. Y'all are a great Team!
Dietary restrictions: This Jersey Mike's franchise on W. Anderson Lane is Gluten-Free savvy. Xavier and his team went above the call of duty to prepare my sandwich with GF ingredients and in a GF environment. They did a fabulous job. Great sandwich, 5-star service, and professional behavior.

This team is consistently happy and on their game. Never mess up my 4 sandwich orders for me and my co-workers. Have been going here for years and it’s the better location compared to others around my home.

The communication with my UberEats driver and the staff was poor and I specifically asked for no lettuce on my sandwich. I asked for a simple ham and provolone sandwich WITHOUT vegetables, but they didn't listen and the packaging was poor with lettuce spilling all over the wrapper and my counter.Y'all need to learn how to listen to customer specifications rather than boast about how fresh your food is and how satisfying it is to see your sandwich prepped in front of you. So does every other major sandwich chain. And no, having the great Danny DeVito as part of your advertising campaign doesn't rectify poor service.

The Original Italian is the way to go. There’s just something about it that hits every spot. Oil, vinegar, oregano, and cherry pepper spread. Boom!! Just like home. I’m actually from New Jersey, but had never been to a Jersey Mike’s, but it was pretty darn good. I would recommend it especially if you haven’t tried it. There was plenty of parking which is always good. The facility was clean, and the service was very good. The person working also let us know the history of the franchise, which as a New Jerseyan I appreciated. We ordered our sandwiches to go, but next time I would dine in and try one of the hot sandwiches!

OMFG what's happened to courteous service Don't ? pull a rude attitude on a customer, especially one from NYC - I won't be back to this Jersey Mike's franchise again? I will either find another location because the product is superior and has become my regular pre dinner or I will pick someplace else to frequent. Telling me one price then handing me change that doesn't add up should not be my problem, worth an apology at a minimum - to try throwing out the receipt that I asked for is looking for even more trouble than the raised voice used at me when ordering. Then shorting me on the juice for my giant sub just made y'all look like petty children. Here's your spanking, now I will try eating my dinner despite the bitter taste in my mouth at the moment.

Always a great sandwich. I was a little disappointed to see the slicer guy slip a few presliced pieces of ham on mine. I sure it hadn't been sitting there long.
