This team is consistently happy and on their game. Never mess up my 4 sandwich orders for me and my co-workers. Have been going here for years and it’s the better location compared to others around my home.

The communication with my UberEats driver and the staff was poor and I specifically asked for no lettuce on my sandwich. I asked for a simple ham and provolone sandwich WITHOUT vegetables, but they didn't listen and the packaging was poor with lettuce spilling all over the wrapper and my counter.Y'all need to learn how to listen to customer specifications rather than boast about how fresh your food is and how satisfying it is to see your sandwich prepped in front of you. So does every other major sandwich chain. And no, having the great Danny DeVito as part of your advertising campaign doesn't rectify poor service.

The Original Italian is the way to go. There's just something about it that hits every spot. Oil, vinegar, oregano, and cherry pepper spread. Boom!! Just like home. I'm actually from New Jersey, but had never been to a Jersey Mike's, but it was pretty darn good. I would recommend it especially if you haven't tried it. There was plenty of parking which is always good. The facility was clean, and the service was very good. The person working also let us know the history of the franchise, which as a New Jerseyan I appreciated. We ordered our sandwiches to go, but next time I would dine in and try one of the hot sandwiches!

OMFG what's happened to courteous service Don't ? pull a rude attitude on a customer, especially one from NYC - I won't be back to this Jersey Mike's franchise again? I will either find another location because the product is superior and has become my regular pre dinner or I will pick someplace else to frequent. Telling me one price then handing me change that doesn't add up should not be my problem, worth an apology at a minimum - to try throwing out the receipt that I asked for is looking for even more trouble than the raised voice used at me when ordering. Then shorting me on the juice for my giant sub just made y'all look like petty children. Here's your spanking, now I will try eating my dinner despite the bitter taste in my mouth at the moment.

Always a great sandwich. I was a little disappointed to see the slicer guy slip a few presliced pieces of ham on mine. I sure it hadn't been sitting there long.

This chain is fantastic but I mostly go to this location near my home. You gotta join MyMikes their reward program cause they give you a free sandwich every year on your birthday. This year they upgraded mine to a large for no extra charge for some reason. It was a great surprise! They have one of the best Philly Cheesesteaks in Austin so that's what I stick with here, but I hear they have great fresh veggie and other cold sandwiches too.

This Jersey Mikes was amazing!!!! From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted with friendly staff. It felt clean. There wasn't a long wait. They were attentive; just everything was right. I had a terrible experience at another Jersey Mikes this week that was so bad I just had to walk out. It was so refreshing coming to this location and having s polar opposite experience.

What can you say? Excellent east coast sub sandwiches. My personal favorite is the #13 Italian sub. The meat is always fresh, as are the vegetables. The service is standardized and quick. They have long lines around lunch. So, order ahead, or DoorDash, UberEats, etc. if you don't want to wait long. I've been eating at Jersey Mikes for over 30 years (That dates me, doesn't it). I'm glad that they're still doing well. Their previous competitors have fallen by the wayside, either by quality or just went out of business. This chain is my goto for a good sub wherever I travel. BTW, their Philly Cheesesteak is excellent as well!

This is my "go to" sub shopi! The turkey and provolone is my favorite, but the Ham is a close second. This shop is clean and they are always friendly when you enter. I highly recommend this Sub Shop for your next Sub fix!

Jersey Mikes is truly a sub above. This place destroys any other sandwich shop by far. Let Jersey Mikes ascend your tastebuds to heights no human could ever imagine. If I was on death row I would ask for a #2 Jersey shore favorite MIKES WAY! If you think another sandwich chain comes even close you are delusional.
