Jersey Mike's Subs

It was a pick-up order. I got bread with some meat and a little bit of cheese. They didn’t add any other toppings or sauces or dressings. They didn’t even cut it all the way through either. This location is just getting worse at making sandwiches which is too bad really. Lol I should've just gone to Chil-fil-A next door.

They don't take anything over a 20 dollar bill. Don't waste your time. Rude and didn't even try to solve the problem. I do not recommend this place. Go to Jimmy Johns, they take any form of payment

Jersey mikes needs to do better I went Wednesday for lunch my first meal of the day and by the evening I was vomiting till the following day and diarrhea. That just shows they are dirty and have cross contamination it’s currently Friday and I am still sick and vomiting jersey mikes I can Litterly taste there food as I vomit! So I know it’s there fault and now I’m having to call into work!!! I am absolutely livid and grossed out with there service never eating there food again.

Went to order & the lady who asked me what I wanted was just straight up rude & had an ugly attitude. The lady who take my payment was nice & I felt like no one was helping her while she was getting stacked up on making the sandwiches. Would not recommend this location at all. If you don’t like your job then get a new one.

Lobby was disgusting. When I walked in no one was up front or ready to serve. The area that sandwiches are topped was disgusting and unattended until the next order. Restroom I used had soap along the walls and no paper towels.
A man works there and threw a fit when referred to as such by another customer. Both he and sarah, whom I was told is supposedly a manager, have the worst attitudes I have witnessed. If you do not enjoy your job you should find a new one. I usually ask for my subs to be grilled, I was given the excuse that the manager Steven does not allow that, which is a first for me at this location. They also forgot cheese on my order. This place has really gone down hill since priscilla left.
There was two rats I saw scurry across the dining area into the kitchen. I had already paid but I chose to toss my order rather than deal with the unkind attitudes of these employees. I am unsure if they are high or drunk, but repeating yourself four times for a simple sub is ridiculous. Everyone is new, untrained, and ill mannered. Highly recommend the next closest location. When I requested information for corporate, sarah gave me attitude and said they are their own corporate. However while calling another location they kindly gave me a name, number, and email to contact. I hope someone steps in soon to put this store back in place.

Ordered pickup in order to avoid waiting and being in line. Somehow everyone in the store got their food before the pickup orders. Waited near half an hour for a sub…. Horrible management going on. Workers didn’t even know what was going on.

I asked for EASY MAYO AND EASY MUSTARD.. got home opened my sandwich and its was ridiculously drenched in mayo and mustard at this point I didn’t even want it .. what a waste of 13$ never again shoulda stuck with thunder cloud

There's a worker that's really rude we had to leave the store and go else where. Should recomment to do pickup order if you dine in you might get server very rudely
