There's a worker that's really rude we had to leave the store and go else where. Should recomment to do pickup order if you dine in you might get server very rudely

CEO / GM..what type of woke policies are you implementing that allows a guy to come to work wearing lipstick and make up argue with a patron in front of other customers up and down he is a Mam be the face or seems to be the face of your establishment? I have served 2 tours and love my country and fought for all..Be who you be but don't confuse the children in the process.1st off.. I have spent thousands at this store in Techridge betwixt myself and catering for my employees , feeding the homeless and little league over the past 7 years.. I address genders as my Ex/Sniper eyes see and with thank you sir or mam respectfully.. Before I check out the team of 7-9 year olds of all races ask me why is a guy wearing lipstick making there sandwiches & looking at them creepy. Believe it or not there are still parents that believe in normalcy that keep this sort of stuff out of their children's lives .So confused they were. Didn't have time to explain to a group of young boys why a man wants to be a woman.. I tried to ignore it .As Im checking out I say thank you sir “HE says Im a Mam not Sir get it right..and as I proceed to tell HIM sir you are a man not a woman I highly doubt you can bear children. As he argues his stance 4 patrons left the line and went to Chik-Fil-A across the lot..He got so loud one of the players was doing a tik tok of there favorite places to eat and recorded the whole interaction unbeknownst to me. My channel has over 123,000 subscribers. I thought about uploading to my instagram , youtube ,X & Facebook and make it go viral but thats not what Im about… Long short. Maybe you know or don’t care to know but doubt that you even know.. . Benefit of doubt is given here.. I doubt if my monies will be spent at this location ever again when I can easily go to the Parmer and Mopac location.. From one business owner to another respectfully check into this as this is not the 1st time he has done this. He has done it to Uber eats and door dashers as well other times I picked up my online orders..And this is not here say . Makes no sense I eat Jersey Mikes twice a week and we now have to commute and/or cater from another location.. Ridiculous ..I tell ya…In my Judge Judy voice….

This is the perfect location if you like RATS!!!!!! To start off while waiting for my sandwich, multiple employees were heard using racial slurs and sexual comments fast forward while I was trying to eat , I saw multiple rats run across the floor when I mentioned it to the employee they looked at me and started laughing saying yeah, we know we have traps so it’s ok …. This place is absolutely disgusting. Management ‘s a joke save your money and goelsewhere.!!!!

Have been many many times for lunch. Gotta love Jersey Mike's some dang tasty subs! Sometimes they are pretty busy and sometimes the subs a little subpar but its the nature of the beast.

I pick up my order , 3:30pm. Pick up time 3:15,,
They give me a sandwich with someone else name on it and pick up was 1:27pm (been sitting) and when I call, 📞 NO ANSWER 📞. I live 45minutes away and can’t go back to exchange. Very disappointed in this location “sucks”
