Food good as always but customer service was terrible, the lady making our sandwiches had a terrible attitude, and then there was a huge cockroach walking next to us while we were eating, we informed someone who seemed to be the supervisor, and ignored us and did nothing!

Food is great and service has always been good except today! Had an employee that was rude she displayed horrible customer service. She asked what I wanted on my sandwich I said exactly how it shows on the menu. She looked confused asked me again and I repeated how it shows on the menu. She had to look up at the menu to see what was on it. I asked for less lettuce and she got upset threw the lettuce back in a very frustrated manner. Very disappointed!
I have never received a bad sandwich from Jersey Mike's. Always delicious ?
