The people that work here are the coolest and have amazing hospitality. I live next to a different location and drive all the way to this one just to have good conversation. Keep it up!

The sandwiches are extremely delicious. This will be my new favorite store... Subway's are pretty bad. On the contrary, Jersey Mike's subs are the best. I loved them.

Haven’t been here but once so not really sure what to get Kelly was making our sandwiches and we just felt super rushed and she was a bit on the rude side so we took our food to go, wasn’t very satisfied, not to mention the store was very slow at the time we went in to order

I ordered the buffalo chicken on rosemary Parm....the bread was so soggy it fell apart after two bites, but the flavor was good. The ranch and bleu cheese were not good at all. The first ingredient in the bleu cheese was soybean oil and a million other gross things. The ranch tasted like it was from a bottle and plastic-y. It's really not that hard to make in house, fresh dressings. It says you use the 'freshest, quality ingredients'.....not so with your ranch and bleu cheese. The service was excellent, tho.

This place has still not fixed the exhaust fan in this restaurant!!! Everyone knows that smoke is carcinogenic and these employees have been breathing this smoke for about 6 days with no relief. What are the long-term health effects. Have left a message with the Austin division of OSHA. The least they could do is stop using the grill until it is repaired and working properly. Will keep you all posted on the outcome of this incident. Please post your complaints in as many places as possible. Silence is agreement with the circumstances.

Out of all the sub places around town, Jersey Mike's is definitely at the top! They have a great variety and while their cold subs are definitely fresh, I absolutely LOVE their hot subs. I got the buffalo chicken cheesesteak and each bite was heaven! So savory and creamy and the combination of melty cheese and sauce was perfect. Only complaint would be that they could've added a couple more tomatoes/lettuce to balance out the flavor.

Craving deliciousness without carbs? Jersey Mike's "Sub in a Tub" is a game-changer for low-carb eaters. My go-to is the Original Italian piled high with savory provolone, ham, and a symphony of Italian cold cuts (prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni). I get it "Mike's Way," with a tangy splash of vinegar, olive oil, and blend of spices which takes it to the next level. I always ask for extra veggies (onions, lettuce and tomatoes add the needed crunch) and add pickles and pepperoncini peppers for an extra burst of flavor. It's definitely a feast in a bowl for me, but sometimes my husband does add extra meat or bacon to his. It's not the cheapest option, but the quality and quantity are worth it. Plus, the staff here always make me feel welcome, even when I'm asking for "extra everything." This "Sub in a Tub" is one of my favorite low-carb “fast food” options– it's tasty, convenient, and fits my lifestyle.

I always get #56. I add the red peppers and it's really good. The place is small and the people are nice.Much less crowded than Arboretum store.

My first time trying Jersey Mike's - had the Original Italian on rosemary bread. The staff was great, very helpful, and I was happy to see them cut all the meat & cheese fresh, just like in the commercial. I was a little nervous that the rosemary bread wouldn't be a great choice, but it had a great texture and both rosemary and parmesan on the top crust which was a great addition, not at all overwhelming. Really great ingredients, fulfilled my craving for an Italian sub!
