Been to this location a few times in the past couple weeks due to being supplied coupons.. was able to use coupons with no issues til today. Francisco didnt want to apply them nor wanted to give me his name so i could make this review. Horrible service.

I forgot to order it grilled / warmed up on the app. They already had made and wrapped my sandwich when I got there, and I asked if there was any way they could get it grilled up

No hesitation dude named cohen put it on the grill and warmed up my sammich. Shoutouts cohen

Food was put together terribly and my personal instructions/requests were ignored. I also love finding hair in my food. I will not be going to this jersey Mike's again

that was the strangest experience i’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant. i came in at like 6:30 just wanting a bite to eat and immediately received a very off putting attitude from the employee in the front. I was a bit taken aback from the lack of a hello and immediate “oh… are you placing an order”. I understand everyone has their days but it was the weirdest vibe from the moment i walked in until i left. The hostile “yea you’re welcome, cya..” really topped it off!! I’d also understand if i was coming right before close, but it was 6:30?? so idk. anyways… just thought i’d say something.

The place was busy, but the guy at the counter with a beard and black hair. I got my Uber eats order and paid attention to me. Quick witch was cool sandwich 9/10

Food same as other delis but steep price and the one white hippie guy for no reason always awful. Plenty places nearby, no reason to go here anymore.

Came over here since thw wait time at Kerby Lane was unreasonable. Food as good as ever, but here they have a bunch of good looking men working, and they play a lot of Beatles.

I have severe allergies to gluten and I've had many issues with restaurants. I spoke to Shawn and he helped me excessively. I am so beyond thankful as sandwiches are really hard to get. He offered to clean everything during rush hour and I felt completely safe. Very amazing service to accommodating allergies.
