The place was busy, but the guy at the counter with a beard and black hair. I got my Uber eats order and paid attention to me. Quick witch was cool sandwich 9/10

Food same as other delis but steep price and the one white hippie guy for no reason always awful. Plenty places nearby, no reason to go here anymore.

Came over here since thw wait time at Kerby Lane was unreasonable. Food as good as ever, but here they have a bunch of good looking men working, and they play a lot of Beatles.

I have severe allergies to gluten and I've had many issues with restaurants. I spoke to Shawn and he helped me excessively. I am so beyond thankful as sandwiches are really hard to get. He offered to clean everything during rush hour and I felt completely safe. Very amazing service to accommodating allergies.

no comparison to thundercloud which is almost next door. first/last experience w/jersey mikes. thundercloud rules. i give this location less than a year.

I was flabbergasted by the wildly hostile and completely unnecessary attitude of the guy who made my sub last night. I approached him with kindness and he practically threw my sandwich at me. He had two AirPods in, and he was full of some weird aggression. Very weird and surreally mean. Dude, whatever your problem is I would suggest you take it out on a punching bag instead of my veggie sub! Wow.

My girlfriend and I just left this location very unsatisfied and felt very unwelcome. After I ordered my Philly, the flattop cook didn’t hear the size I wanted for my sandwich. After politely letting his coworker know, the man became very frustrated, throwing the meat at the opposite corner of the flattop. After the second half of the sandwich was finished, he walked over and slapped the sandwich on the counter and glared at me. No smile or anything, after I asked for a side of pepper relish. He was obviously upset and accidental got it on his glove, he ripped it off and threw it in the trash and walked away allowing his coworker (who was with another guest) to finish the job. I work in culinary and have never seen such a disgruntled employee towards a customer. His actions were very disrespectful and uncalled for. Maybe if he would have removed the health code violation of a headphone in his ear he could have heard the correct order instead of creating more work for himself.
