Been going here since it opened. Pizza has regressed in my opinion. My Jets 10 pizza was overcooked today and they forgot my salad dressing. This is not the first time and as usual you get the smile and a I'm sorry we screwed up your order. I'm sorry too!! You won't be screwing up my orders anymore!!! There's a dynamite pizza place on W.Cannon by PTerrys that doesn't screw up my orders and pizza is better too.

The pizza is epic. Even as delivery it's fantastic. Jet's pizzas (predominantly their Detroit style) has been our goto pizza for years. I'm part of a regular board-game group with neighbor buddies and we've been ordering Jet's since the group's inception. The pizza is so satisfying - the crust has just the right crunch factor, and the balance of the cheese and sauce is spot-on. Well done, Jet's!

It's all good. Never disappointed with Brodie folks...as ordered, tasty, timely. This happened to be a delivery also, not my usual, but was perfect for a family gathering. Consistently good. I'm a Jets fan...never been to DE-troit, but I like this pizza!

Jets Pizza is fabulous. The Detroit Deep dish is great. Brodie location always gets even complex orders correct. Their online ordering is wonderful, very easy to specify each half in clear detail, amount of sauce, amount of cheese, type of crust etc. Don't get drawn into their offer of 15% off if you order via text. Unless it is a simple order, there is no template to tell you how to specify toppings etc. for each half and it never renders it correctly, it just makes you crazy.

This is our neighborhood Jets Pizza. Location is clean and always have friendly experience when picking up. Delivery however is another matter.
Despite instructions to ring doorbell, this location sends a text message and leaves food on the ground. This afternoon I replied to delivery driver text. I asked that they tell delivery drivers not to leave food on the ground as I am not an animal. Also stated that the delivery instructions clearly state to ring doorbell however that was not done. That should have been the end of the interaction right? No! Someone from Jets called me and proceeded to attempt to shame me for sending the text. He also told me there was nowhere to put the pizza which I replied there are two chairs on the front porch. He sided with his delivery drivers who told him there was not. This person also repeatedly said was trying to find a solution and proposed a solution of us being blacklisted from ordering there again. I asked this person how is that a solution? I also asked what the purpose of his call was as I was thoroughly confused as to why some one would call me on that. Bizarre. In summary, good pizza and great for pickup. But beware the delivery service and their attempts at dealing with customer service issues.
