Brodie Lane Jett’s….Just tried ordering a pizza, giving these guys my business. Jetts offered a 15% if you text your order in. So I tried for 10 minutes….& nada! Jett’s Text service isn’t working.So as any reasonable person would do, I called into Brodie Lane store to order the pizzas over the phone instead…,but they REFUSED to offer the 15%.I tried asking if they could fix the text issue on their end, so I could utilize the discount… but they said not interested in helping! They would rather not have my business than simply provide a silly15% discount & good customer service. This came from the Brodie Lane store manager directly!Hey guys, I was going to order over $75 + worth of pizza. I ended up going to another Company more deserving & wanting my business!Literally, because you don’t want honor your 15% advertised discount, you choose to be rude to a customer and decline an order??? Wow!People, there are too many other great businesses that truly want you as a customer. Please….do not support Brodie Lane Jetts.

We love this Jet's Pizza location and have been coming here for over two years! Aside from delicious Detroit style pizza (my neighbor from Detroit says it's the best in, they have always been friendly with our family.Just today, the Valentine's promo offer wasn't working online, to no fault of the store. Both the young lady who answered the phone and the gentleman who I met in-store told me they'd make it right.And they did. Amazing customer service here!These guys are my goto pizza joint for years to come!Ps. If you're looking for heart-shaped pizza on Valentine's, this is your place!

Some how my order was lost between Uber Eats and Jets. The driver went to pick up my order and Jets had no record of it. Even though this was no faults of Jets, the manager Kevin assured me I would get my food. He had his guys make and then quickly bring us our pizza themselves. He DID NOT have to do this at all! Thank you Kevin for going way above and beyond! Jets Pizza Brodie Lane girl for life!

If you like super greasy and burnt “NY style pizza” then this is the place.Save yourself time and disappointment and just bake almost any frozen pizza for a better experience. The Detroit style pizza is much better but also extremely greasy. This was not NY style pizza. This was a travesty. Also a NY pizza won’t make you full of sadness and regret.
One of the best Detroit style deep dish pizza’s in town. The pizza has Plenty of sauce, chesse and every bite is Crispy and loaded with favor. Pizza done right!

Tonight after all the years they've been open, was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have been ordering from this location since they opened, they have always been my favorite pizza. There has at times been issues with my pizza, bur they have been fixed, but tonight! Not only was my pizza burnt and not cut in squares as requested but the female that is now working there was horrific. She began yelling at me with a lobby full of customers saying that I always have a problem with my pizza, which is not the case or I wouldn't have returned. My pizza was literally burnt!!!! I showed it to her, she yells just give me the pizzas back, I explained that it was just one pizza that was wrong. She took the pizza that we had already taken home and put it back in the warmer!! And to top it off She storms back out with a half cooked pizza. AND STILL NO BUTTER CRUST I'm done
