First time ordering from Jets! I ordered a delivery online for 12:15. I called the place at 12:50 asking how much longer my order would take as it hadn’t been delivered yet. The person who answered the phone says “we had 15 delivery orders, some had to be doordashed, my boss took some orders too, please check your porch” I tell him I don’t have anything on my porch. He then says “okay I will refund you, you should have your money in your card writhing 1-2 business days. I proceed to tell him “I wish someone would have called me and let me know what was happening. I’m actually babysitting and my kids are waiting on their lunch. This is very inconvenient” He tells me “this is what I’ll do, I’ll have someone take your order and you will still get a refund.” Pizza never came and then it was too late to order from elsewhere. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches it was.

Literally woke up 2am throwing up from eating here last night. I will never be back here. I’ve never had food poisoning so bad in my life. It was good but the price afterwards was not worth it

No dine-in area, only take out options . The food was pretty pricey. I paid over $20 for a personal pizza. The pizza was good and the personal option was more than enough for 2. However, the parking was crazy! Also before going know what you want to order because the staff was no help in that department. As a first time guest, the menu was huge, a lot to choose from. The pop-up ads on my phone let me to this establishment

I found out about Jets while picking up food from a nearby restaurant. I smelled the pizza a guy was carrying out and immediately looked up the place. When I saw they had Detroit-style pizza and it was affordable?! I knew I would never go back to another pizza restaurant. They have great deals on the website that make feeding my family easy, and we always have leftovers. The food was delicious every time we ordered it. The service has been excellent, we opt for pick up and they’re more than happy to load us up with cheese and pepper flakes. I’ve been telling everyone about Jets because I don’t think enough people know about it!
Pizza is always consistent. You can modify it and they always make it the way I like it. The people on the counter need to be a little bit more friendlier, but the pizza is always great. That’s what I always try focus on when I’m hungry!
