Walked into Jimmy John’s on Congress and they hit me with a Beach Club before I even finished ordering. Like, did they read my mind? Sandwich ESP? Turkey, avocado, lettuce, boom—no warm-up, no small talk, just lunch in hyperdrive. The bread’s not soft, but it’s got that dependable chew, like it’s saying, “I’m not fancy, but I get the job done.” Honestly, if the DMV ran like this place, we’d all have six driver’s licenses by now. Four stars because nothing should be that fast without a seatbelt.

THIS LOCATION NEVER INCLUDES REQUESTED CONDIMENTS!!! It has happened three times now. So it is obviously an issue at this location. Also there is no where in JJ app to make a complaint about the order never being correct. Ridiculous!!!

We headed to Jimmy John’s for consistency of product and service, little did we know we were walking into a complaining session. We arrived at the register and the two employees were more into their own conversation then taking out order. The complaints about another employee taking more than his fair share of the tips continued, while taking our order. The place was shambles, product boxes everywhere. But instead of doing their work, they kept just complaining to each other, while using curse words. If they just would have realized if they had better service, they would have gotten better tips. Worse service I’ve received in a while. This was the evening of 2/13/25 around 6:45.

After dining in I got home and immediately felt like I had food poisoning. About an hour of shivering later I hurled out my entire sandwich. Not sure what part of the sandwich or what was bad but it was the only thing I ate that day so it couldn't have been anything else.
