Online order was made perfect with all my extras and side requests. Ordered a club lulu with extra turkey, everything tasted fresh! Initially was worried about ordering here due to other reviews but I don't regret going here one bit. Location looked clean inside and staff was kind.

The cashier also didn’t put my sandwiches in a bag for a to go order. Not sure if that takes up too much time or if it’s a new policy but they were right there.
This is the problem with asking for tips at jimmy johns. Why would I tip before you’ve even made my food? If I had tipped for this service I would be furious.
Not sure if the service was because I didn’t tip or if they just aren’t paid enough to care.
For context: it was just me and my girlfriend in the store- no rush, no line, no time to forget. They just messed up both sandwiches for the love of the game.

Are people picking food up (or eating there) not asking for their orders to be corrected? If you didn’t want mayo, ask for one without! What’s the big deal?
Looks from other reviews like there unfulfilled delivery promises, but I ate there and it was great (though not cheap…but nothing is these days). I went on a Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. or so, so it was very quiet and even empty at times (I had some time I had to kill).
The guys up front were really nice and not slovenly (I’m over 50 so it’s NOT like they were flirting! Just very nice) and I stood right there and piled on all sorts of ingredients, including free extras of some…like Subway but more fun and the stuff just seemed fresher and the tomatoes 🍅 not so paper thin. Pickles were suggested…yes! I got my money’s worth, I guess!!!
The cashier pointed out that a big cookie or some kind of salad were options in place of chips (I hadn’t seen those options) so I got pesto pasta salad, which was good but too rich for me. My 8” sub was great and I drank two sodas and got one to go. (Ladies room very clean and there was a hilarious sign on the floor…you’ll have to go.) Maybe I was lucky that day…good experience.
Very ODD that there’s a plastic surgeon connected to the store…odd for the surgeon, not for a sub place!

Paid for avacado spread, didn’t get any. Also asked for sandwich to be cut in half, it wasn’t. Placed order through the app so I couldn’t check my order until i was already gone.

We ordered online for delivery. The folks at this location had the food ready to go quickly. Unfortunately the Uber Eats driver did not deliver our food. When we called, they offered us a refund immediately. While appreciated, we wanted Jimmy John's for dinner and asked if they would let us come get our order if they remade it. They agreed. The manager even refunded the delivery fee for us. I appreciate the work
My son wanted a sub so we stopped here he got a chicken bacon ranch except they only put 2 tiny pieces of chicken and filled it with lettuce. Zero *s will never return

Ordered an Italian sandwich for delivery today but it had no oil or vinegar inside it. I looked at the menu and it's standard for that to be on there is it not? In my opinion that's what helps make an italian sandwich better.
