I walked in this location and literally walked back out. One of the workers came in from outside and just put on gloves. Whatever happened to washing your hands before you put on the gloves. It's extremely unsanitary to walk in from outside and not wash your hands. Just because you're wearing gloves doesn't mean it protects others from your germs. The cleanliness at this location needs a lot of work. And what's up with all the hair. Your hair should be pulled back with a net on if your going to be leaning over sandwiches YUCK. All of the workers at this time were women and all of them have their hair just flying from under their hats with zero protection. I could literally see their hair flying. No thanks. Hopefully they will work on their sanitation at this location. Because I surely won't be eating here.

Do not go here... I saw four roaches line dancing on the tables it was disgusting. I then saw two rats break dancing and Jeff was playing music for them and even started dancing with them.my sandwich had a bunch of onions on it because they said I looked like Shrek and ogres like onions... I'm allergic to onions definitely wouldn't go here unless you're down to party with rodents and Jeff

Probably the worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve had. The service was slow, the workers seemed careless, and the sandwiches were sub par. When they messed my buddies order up they laughed behind the counter. Will not be coming back to this Jimmy John’s and do not recommend this store to anyone. Go to a different Jimmy John’s where they care about their customers and quality of their sandwhiches.

I love this Jimmy John’s so I’m surprised to see some poor ratings! This location often gets busy around lunch time but they always move fast with attentive service (the woman who often works the register is so kind) but I typically place a pick-up order to avoid the line. Although I wish the location itself was bigger and had outdoor space. Overall, for service and pace this is my go-to for lunch!

I am a JJ FANATIC! Brings me back to my college days in the Milwaukee/Chicago area circa ‘08. I order from this location often. Usually pick up, occasionally delivery. I can’t remember a time when I was unsatisfied with the food or the service. Ish is always delicious and is exactly what it’s supposed to be. My only irk is with the company saying bye bye to the kickin ranch but I won’t take it personally. Uber was in charge of my delivery this time which made me nervous; and even with an outdated delivery address mistake on my part, the guy at the shop helped me over the phone to solve the problem, and alls well that ends well <3 The Uber driver was pleasant and communicative via text as well. Considering the change of address. Shout out to him as well. Keep rockin’ yall!
Ordered the chicken Caesar wrap, had a big piece of plastic in my sandwich, won’t be ordering here anymore!
