Went in today, Sunday 10/12, and the woman who said she was the manager on shift was incredibly rude, insulting, and hostile for no reason upon entry. I left immediately.
As I left she said “I never wanted this damn job anyway”

I have been holding my tongue for a month now (4 visits to this location). the last 4 times in my sandwich order has been missing items that cost extra. total lack of care and attention to detail. I have tried to give them chances, but will be taking my business to other sandwich places moving forward.

I walked in and the music was at full blast. it was like walking into a bar on the weekend. After having to yell my order to the person after they finally noticed me standing at the register. At 8:35 the guy making my sandwich said it was ready and that he would be locking the doors in 15 minutes which is 10 minutes before the store says it closes. as I'm sitting here the music is still uncomfortably loud. I've had good experiences here before but definitely not this visit.I also revorded a smsll clipso yoi coulf hear hoe loud the music was,but for some reason the audio isn't playing.

One of the employees whose name eludes me, but was a nice guy said if he didn’t have the employee discount he’d never eat here because it’s too expensive. While I agree with that I did find Jimmy johns to be a nice stomach neutral fast food solution for myself (and my dad the patient) while visiting the hospital every day for a month. I get the ultimate Italian toasted.

My sandwich was out of this world. I’m talking JUPITER out of this world. This was my first time at Jimmy John’s, not going to lie I didn’t expect much but Benny’s service was so exquisite he made me crave Jimmy John’s everyday for the rest of my life. I asked Bennys recommendation on what to order, and when I tell you that Vito changed my life. Benny truly is a sandwich connoisseur, a legend of our time. Per chance.
