Let me just say this. Even if I lived in Georgetown, I would fight people just to get to this place. The workers here are very courteous and upbeat.

I see everyone hating on this store. There a couple good reasons for people to be upset but to leave a 1 star review because they don't deliver to your house is rediculous. I have been here at least a dozen times and every time has been amazing. The employees are nice and always very fast. The food is amazing. I'm definitely going there for lunch today

The worst customer service I've encountered in a long time. I called today in regard to a hair on my sandwich and the manager immediately said that he and the other guy are bald so it's not possible for there to be a hair. No apologies, no offer to make things right. He stated he would send another sandwich over but didn't ask for my ticket number or what kind of sandwich I ordered until I prompted him to get that information, and once I told him what I ordered, he continued to question me regarding the hair. The manager, should be ashamed of his poor response.

They told me at door I must order online. I did 37 minutes later still waiting on sandwich. it's a reason they ask for credit card and not cash. who waits 30 minutes on a sandwich???

I was asking for a delivery 3 miles away from there and they said that just have delivery around the store. my address is 7417 North Interstate 35 Austin, TX 78752.

Wish they had an option for no stars, I would not recommend, rudest employee's. I placed an order for delivery, I work less than half a mile away, and after 30 minutes I called and the guy I spoke to was very rude. I asked if my order was close because I only have a certain amount of time for lunch and he placed me on hold and then returned and stated your order is cancelled and hung up. Do not go to this location.

This is the worst customer service I've ever received! I couldn't believe how long it takes to deliver something that is down the street from your business. Oh and don't you dare catch an attitude with staff, they are quick to cancel your order and have the audacity to say you won't be getting your money back because you hurt their feelings. I gave them 30 minutes to deliver my food that's right down the street. Once I got mad and asked for a manager, same guy I was speaking to on the phone called me from a different number pretending to be management. This place is a joke
