Got a sandwich for pick up got only 3 slices of meat I paid extra for provolone and they gave me some one elses gross turkey sandwich that has pickles and guacamole. that's not even on my sandwich I got. I legit just wasted my money because this sandwich is gross

I had a really good experience here this past weekend, thanks to an excellent sandwich and genuinely friendly and attentive customer service.
If you sign up for the app (free), you get a free Original sub on your birthday — one of the better birthday offers out there since there’s no purchase required. I checked which JJ location had the best ratings, and this one narrowly came out on top. I’ve always had good experiences at Jimmy John’s, but I chose this location based on the rating.
I decided to order in person because I like to see my sandwich made and usually ask for extra lettuce and onions. It wasn’t too busy since it was close to closing time, and I was greeted right away. I showed them my birthday reward and ordered the Totally Tuna, which comes with cucumbers, lettuce, and tomato. JJ makes a solid tuna sub, and I always customize mine: extra cukes, extra lettuce, oregano, light oil & vinegar, Jimmy Peppers (love those), and of course, extra onions. They made it quickly and exactly how I wanted it — I asked for just a bit more lettuce and he happily added it.
When I mentioned that I came to this location because their ratings were slightly higher than others, two of the guys nodded right away. It was clear they knew this and took pride in it. That’s a really good sign — you can train skills, but you can’t train people to care. These guys genuinely do, and it shows in their work.
Also, a bonus: their bread is great, and they sell day-old loaves for 75 cents. I grabbed a couple — a few minutes warmed in the oven and they’re like new. Perfect for homemade sandwiches or garlic bread.
Overall, great service, great sandwich, great bread, and a team that takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend this location.

I haven't even eaten my food yet, I ordered to pickup online and when I came un the restaurant to pick up my food, the lady was soooo rude to me, I will NEVER return to that Jimmy John's Ever again. I gave the biggest tip you guys had on the order and Now, I will not ever Do That again until I've gotten my food. NEVER AGAIN.

I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at this Jimmy John’s location. The employees are rude and unwilling to take responsibility for mistakes. On multiple occasions, the same woman accused me of not placing an order I did in fact place or being rude —when in reality, the issue originated on their end. Customer service is incredibly important, and unfortunately, this location falls short. I hope management addresses these behavior issues so customers can have a respectful and reliable experience.

At this location, there is a woman that always answers the phone that is incredibly rude! 1st time I talked to her it was because I never received my order, she was rude about it like it was somehow my fault, and it took two months for the money for the order to go back on my card. The 2nd time, I called because we got the wrong order delivered, and she said she couldn’t find my original order, that we never ordered. I told her ( very calmly, I might add) that the money came off my card, and the web site gave us an order number, which she said she couldn’t enter into the computer to check, and told me to ‘calm down!’, when I wasn’t even raising my voice. Eventually she found my order ( so I wasn’t lying?? No apology, of coarse) and that all she could do was remake it, but could I come get it?? Uh, no. Already paid a delivery fee, and a tip for the driver, and have two small children and my husband wasn’t home yet! She was extremely annoyed at this, and didn’t try to hide it! One of my family members has also had customer service issues with this location as well. She never says her name, so I can’t identify her, but she has a very distinct voice. I love Jimmy John’s, but this location and the location on Anderson up north have terrible customer service, makes me think JJ’s doesn’t care about their customers.

Wow! Awesome customer service! Ordered several sandwiches and one was missing when we arrived home. Called the store and the gentleman was very responsive and caring. The issue was rectified immediately! Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

Really gone down hill. I remember when Jimmy John’s was THEE place.
Ordered 2 sandwiches, both severely lacking. I couldn’t believe how pathetic it looked (like they counted each shred of lettuce, it didn’t even cover the bread)
I was told it’s the new “industry standard.”
Rationing out literally two slices of turkey is craaaazy. Too expensive of a sandwich to be this disappointing - and if this new industry standard is an actuality, I feel so sorry for the staff having to deal with the public.

The day after I bought a sandwich from them they charged my card three more times, I was able to get it reversed but it was super annoying
