Staff was rude, didn't ask us what we wanted to order just stared at us and pressed buttons as we told her our order. They didn't tell us when our order was ready and just spoke amongst themselves the whole time. Normally love going to Jimmy Johns but this just rubbed us the wrong way completely.

Easily has the worst staff across all Jimmy John’s in Austin! Messed up an online order. And then 5 ppl just casually conversing while just confused about their order! Waited 30 mins extra after the online order pick up time & literally no acknowledgment either! Everybody is clueless here and don’t want to work. Go to any Jimmy John’s except this one.

honestly so bummed that this was my first picklewich experience because i was craving this all day and it wasn’t good at all. it had the tiniest amount of meat, they forgot the cheese and it wasn’t hollowed out. i basically spent $20 for 2 dill pickles. smh.

Seriously just go to Jersey Mikes. Food is bland, bread is just edible cardboard, and you can get more food at any Jersey Mikes for the same price.
Also 24 minutes for a single sandwich is wild. This is my first Jimmy John’s experience and definitely my last. This sandwich is worse than subway.

On more than one occasion, I have ordered food from the Jimmy John's app to be delivered from this location, with my order being automatically voided due to no delivery drivers - which is frustrating. But what is even more infuriating is that this store has also not bothered to call or email about the cancellation. When I have called to ask where my food is, this is how I find out that the order was cancelled. Each time I have spoken to a manager, and either flat out lied to, or offered absolutely ZERO solution. If this store does not want to schedule delivery drivers - either put that in the app, do not allow for people to pay cash, or call the customer to let th know what is going on. Will NEVER order anything from this location, or really any Jimmy Johns location ever again.
