Ordered a combo for delivery. Shortly after I received a text saying my order would be delivered by Uber. I rolled my eyes as I knew it would not be a “freaky fast” delivery. The driver arrived without my drink. I felt bad making him go back for only a soda but I wanted my full value as it was almost $20 for my combo to be delivered. The only reason I order Jimmy Johns is the fast delivery part. If I can’t get my order fast and accurate then there’s no reason for me to order from here. I had a coupon on uber eats and could have ordered directly from them if I’d known I was getting a 3rd party delivery. My sub was delicious, but not worth the hassle

Only part of the order was delivered. The chips ordered and paid for were not delivered with the order. I called the store and let them know. Jesse got on the phone and told me they don’t have any drivers and he can’t deliver the chips. I said that’s not a big deal and asked him to just refund the chips as they were paid for. He said he could not do that as I received the sandwich. I explained I’m just asking for the chips to be refunded as they were not delivered. He again refused and said he can’t refund a portion of the order, and only has the ability to void the entire order and won’t do that because I received the sandwich. I never once asked for the whole order to be refunded, nor the delivery fee, nor the tip I gave when placing the order. I simply asked to be made whole by either delivering the item I ordered and paid for, or refunded the amount I paid for the item not received. Jesse never once even bothered to apologize for the mistake. The only offer he made to attempt to resolve is that he could make a note at the store that I have credit on a future order and I could call back to let them know and use the credit. I again asked him to just refund the amount paid for the missing item and he said no. I told him the only alternative I am left with is to dispute with my credit card and he said ok….. Pretty terrible experience for what was a simple mistake that should have had a simple solution.

I went there with my Muslim friend. They got my order right but they messed up my friends order by removing salami and pastrami from his sub and putting extra bacon on his sub. I was beyond disappointed with their blatant disrespect toward my friend. Jimmy

Made the wrong sandwich with a mobile order. Nearly 30 minutes round trip to get the right sandwich and manager refused to refund. Overall just poor customer service at this location.And I got food poisoning here a couple years ago.

The cashier, John, was so kind and reminded me about my birthday reward. I know he was just doing his job, but it really made my day! A lovely experience at this location. Haven't had the time to stop in until today, but was a pleasure. Friendly staff even under the pressure of a heavy rush, and still fast and delicous service!If you're in the area for a quick bite stop on in.

Your manager Galyn Nash just denied me service when I went back in to ask for additions to my order. I said the gentlemen who took my order said not to go thru the line, just order here which was him. I realized once I left I wanted to add quac and bacon. He walked out defensive and said I'm refunding your money. I said I don't want my money. I want to add more. Well this isnt Subway. I said Ive been coming here for 20 years. Well obviously you havent been here in 20 years. He was childish and extremely unprofessional. I said why and then he said I made comments to other customers. NOBODY else was there except 2 other staff members that I can describe to a T. One I even exchanged smiles with as he came to work and clocked in on the computer on the right wall. Maybe he's having a bad day. I would never want him to be the face of my business. An honest reiteration of my experience. Sincerely, Kimberly
