I ordered my go-to Beach Club and tried the potato salad.
The Beach Club was really lacking the avocado spread. It was still great - but I actually opened up the sandwich to see if it was even added. Tip - if you are an avocado fanatic order a little extra. I also asked to have the bread taken out (an option they offer) and cut in half - both of those requests were missed. No big deal in the grand scheme of things. The potato salad is 100% worth skipping. I thought it would contain more potatoes. It’s basically a mustard/mayo/dill concoction. Grab some chips instead and call it a day.
Store was quiet and very clean, staff was polite. I grabbed my bag off the shelf and left. (I ordered online for pickup) No real interaction necessary.

I’ve been to many Jimmy John’s & have had friends work at them and I have never seen a manager treat his team with such disrespect. This one on 620 had the rudest manager on duty. I walked in and I was the only one there and the bald manager was screaming at his crew and talking so poorly towards them not being helpful at all. I worked in the service industry for 7 years and not once did I ever talk to my team that way. You could see that his team was very disappointed and upset at the way he was talking towards them. This man does not need to work at this location. Please have him removed or invest in a leadership course.

On point service. Yall were slammed during lunch, and delivered with excellence.
Now make my life complete, and add Philly cheese steak to the menu.

Food is always great and delicious. It’s speedy and I mostly mobile order and pick up inside.
A few times we came in, the staff just stared at us and stopped their conversations. We got a “hello” but that was it. It felt like we were intruding, if I’m gonna be honest. It somewhat affected the mood inside. We got deadpan stares. Idk, didn’t feel welcoming. Perhaps it was too late and it was busy for them? Hope to come in another time when vibes are a bit different. Thanks for y’all’s hard work.

The subs are fine but the last two times I have been here the service is really really slow. Normally they are done in five minutes but here it can take 10-15 if not longer. Even when it’s not busy.

Overall, great place for a fast lunch. However they did forget a cookie in the order and meat in the sandwich ?.

Yesss!!!
Opened the place before it was open to let me in, I made it really easy on him and got a pepe and it was the freshest bread I’ve ever had, literally had to put it in the freezer because it just came out of the oven, I had to leave a tip after all that so I spent an extra $8 to give to the guy, he saw how sad I was when I tried to open the door and it was locked.
That guy right there I really wish I knew his name, he had a beard and brown/black hair but he went so above and beyond, while he was making it he asked me how I was doing genuinely and I told him and he just was so polite and so nice he deserves a raise, absolutely lovely guy and I wish him the best
Parking: Huge parking lot so there’s plenty of stalls

Went in told them we had never been to a Jimmy Johns. Wife got a wrap. I ask for a sandwich on wheat. No one said it would be on wheat sandwich bread. Not up to speed on Sub Sandwiches with Wheat bread? All the other sub shops have that item. Those are where I will get my next one

I had been running around all day doing my adulting, and never ate. I was starving and swung by Jimmy John’s for a quick sandwich. They made my sandwich before I even finished paying. That was fast. Everyone was so nice to me and obvious it was quick service. My sandwich was great, filling and the bread was so soft. Happy I stopped in.

So I’ve been to this location many times. 5 star experience every time. However the last two times I have been it’s been rough. One of those times I was told “they are no longer letting folks eat in the store” as I sat down to eat and it was like 7pm.I got the vibe the team lead really wants to get out asap as soon as store closes which is not good. This last time I went same vibe the same team lead made my sandwich in like two seconds but the sandwhich was made completely wrong and was very sloppy I couldn’t even eat the sandwhich when I got home it was terrible.Whoever the team lead is on these two experiences needs to “slow down” and focus on customer experience instead of trying to get people in and out as quickly as possible.

Great everything. Went 2x weekly, 3-4 orders per trip. But the super rude/awkward way tips are asked/begged for was a big enough turnoff to shift from ? to ?. Sorry. Whether this a local mngmt issue or bad franchise policy not sure. Very, very awkward. Huge turnoff. Rude girl charges me price of a soft drink for a water cup then begs me to “fill this out.” Since I come here weekly, I know what “this” is and will fill it out like I always have. But as I start walking off with pen and receipt to sign so the next person can be helped, she rudely begs/awkwardly demands I fill it out there at counter. Tipping point. Never again. Great while it lasted.
