So I called in an order for me and my mom's Sunday dinner to be picked up after work. He repeated the order back I thought everything was ok. I get there to pick up the order and you would've thought they never seen an African American person in their life. They stared and even pointed especially an elderly white woman. So I asked for my ordered he repeated it again. Of course it was high school kids playing around at the register. I gave him my card he said um do you have another card it's not taking this it says bad read and we can't type it in but said it so rudely. I asked how many times did you swipe he said 3-4 times and swiped it again really fast. I gave him another card which he snatched it went through he walked off and rudely said have a good day and went in the back. I leave get home and they got my order all wrong. I call back and speak to a manager I tell her what I ordered came with 2 pork chops she says well they rung u up for one would u like to come back for a piece of pie. I start to eat the pork chop it's not even cooked all the way through. It takes nothing to be a nice person and have good customer service. I usually don't even complain I get it customer service is hard I worked it but geez

The food here is VERY good. I have only every had there breakfast and its always amazing so I can only assume the rest of there food is good as well. I go about once a month(I rarely eat out honestly) but everytime it is good.

Always a great place to eat, 24/7. I grew up with Jim's in San Antonio. Can't remember off the top of my head when Jim's opened, at 67 I can't remember them not being around? Classic Coffee Shop that serves up some of the best food around, virtually everything is just mighty tasty, from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, prime aged steaks, some of the best Chili ever, to those signature pies, Malts and Shakes. Keep up the good work all you awesome employees at Jim's, we love you.

It's always a red flag when you're 44 years old and you're still the youngest customer in the building. The food was very disappointing. Frozen chicken fried steak, canned green beans, etcetera. It was like going to Grandy's, but worse, and you have to tip a waiter for food you could have got in a drive through window.

Had a pretty simple order of a half sandwhich and soup. I got the BLT and asked for no mayo. Checked in the car just to make sure because a lot of places will still put mayo. Sure enough there was mayo. Not a big deal but when went back in to ask for it without mayo, she made me feel stupid and acted like I didn't ask for no mayo. I hate mayonnaise so I always make sure. It wasn't even a big deal but I don't appreciate being made to feel like a liar. There's cameras so I'm sure the conversation can be reviewed if you really wanted to.
